PHDIKOULAS, considering the meeting was just over 2 years ago there wasn't much that I could find (admittedly haven't got much time at the mo) - maybe they're just stonewalling.

Hello, karl! And thanks for sharing it.

I live in Brazil and this incident is known as the "Official UFOs night".

In the video below, you guys can listen to the official audio of the tower control when they spotted the UFOs on radar. It 's amazing to see his reaction, a well-trained technician that can identify most - if not all - of the atmospheric objects and events. He was just excited to see something new!

I will tell you, I was a skeptic and never had interest in UFOs before I saw that video and all the evidence. It just can't be from this world!

It seems that some researchers are thinking that
the colares flap was a MKUltra operation, including
the use of both chemical and electromagnetic
means of inducing hysteria.

Have you ever looked into this theory?

Now I know that MKUltra was supposedly shut down
around 1973. However i personally do not think that
is accurate. I think it's going as strong as ever..
but that's just a hypothesis.

The CIA has come in and stirred up fake supernatural
incidents for a number of US allies, who were having
trouble with rebels, or with natives who didn't want
to be run off of their land.

You can read about this in a variety of books by
Nick Redfern, if you think some of his books
are credible.

I'm not saying that's the only explanation.. but it's
been proven to *sometimes* be the explanation.
