Now, as some expected, the right-wing are turning this into an Islamic witch-hunt, where everyone with a foreign sounding name is a suspect. Faux News
and others did exactly the same thing after 9/11. The right-wing want to use this as an example of all that's bad with anything other than
Christianity, they want to make this about the failings of a Democrat president, about the lacking security they would have fixed if it was them.
You were making sense and showed compassion for Muslims until you said this. No one is turning this into an Islamic witch hunt. It is an investigation
by the US government, not Fox news or right wing outlets. If we want to go that direction, how about the left wing who immediately blamed tea
partiers? You did not mention that and should have.
The president is not to blame except for not being more definitive in his worldview. Calling the Ft Hood shooting a workplace incident is where his
credibility came into questions. Again, there, a radical Muslim, who is on the radar, who is allowed to preach hate while in the military, killed US
soldiers on a military base.
The FBI, CIA and DHS are to blame for Boston. The info was there. The intel was there. We were warned just like 9/11. If you think this 'family' was
not in the know, please look into this thread. the CIA had to have known. I just feel they were going after a bigger fish and they dropped the ball.
We as a nation are being conditioned to accept radical Islam. It is fairly obvious. The face of Islam in America, CAIR, needs to not wish it was not
them, they need to condemn it. If there is someone in a mosque speaking out and sounding radical, they need to report it and right now they do not. If
they had, the brother and mother were on watch lists and they may have been investigated or pushed to the top sooner. I feel that on the day of the
bombing they were trying to play catch up and lost.
