weird dream

i had a weird dream.

i was on a ship, i was not alone. i was in space but i didnt know why.
the ship was huge..

all i can remember is that i remember this very clearly. my DNA was modified and upgraded.

i was in some kind of machine attached to me where i seen it being upgraded. genetic engineering.

it looked very cool, sci fi, the room was in green light. there were monitors and stuff

but i remember after getting my DNA modified i suddenly could see in a different way.
i started to see humans like i could see thru them.. like i could know their intentions and toughts.
i could see if they were hostile or not towards me.

this is what i remember...

All I can remember is that I remember this very clearly. My DNA was modified and upgraded.

Should be easy enough to confirm that.

The Men In Black will be at your door shortly. They will "escort" you to their nearest facility where you will be disected and your DNA catalogued as alien and stored forever in beakers below Area 51.

Sounds pretty cool. I often have raised the question with my colleagues as to whether or not a dream is a portal or just "a dream." I have had such vivid dreams all of my life that just can't be a thought in my head but I actually think I was physically or mentally at the said place. It is just amazing when you can have all of your senses active and really know or perhaps not know you are in a dream.

I have had a reoccurring dream all of my life. This dream seems to be the earliest memory I have from my childhood. One weird dream was when I had visited a friend by a church and days later in school she had mentioned a dream she had about me on the same night. She did mention something about a church and honestly I just concluded it had to be mere coincidence.

If you can get a journal to keep beside the bed. Every time you wake up try to remember as much as you can and write it down. This may help you. I have wrote down a few thing in my journal because in my dreams they were so far advanced that when I woke up it made no sense. I did document it to have something to research.

The only thing I can say is, how do you explain something to someone that we have not experienced yet or seen? The key to writing these notes was to try to figure out what I was dreaming. The problem does remain as of now because you can't explain something that has not been created or understood yet in the dream it seemed normal and familiar.

That sounds like a really cool dream and reminds me of one I had where I could access my DNA code and modify it myself!

I woke from that going, dang I wish I could do that!

That makes sense to me because I wake up saying the same things. I always wish I could figure it out because it could unlock something unknown to us at the present time.

The fact you are on a site like this telling your dream i suspect you already have suspicions this perhaps is more than a dream, as it so happens my mother [i come from generations of abductees] has had almost identical experience, except her experience has bled over to waking life, because she has just had tests back claiming her DNA has anomalies and at the present are trying to talk her into having a synthetic treatment to try and change what has happened, so a great post whether a dream or not..

I'm am new here but I hope you don't mind me jumping in to give an opinion to your dream. This is just a quick thought really. The machines could just stand for any thing that is teaching you. Info that you are "downloading" so to speak. Being in the computer age is makes sense that you might see it that way in a dream. In the past someone may have seen books instead.

Green is the color of growth so this makes sense in that as we age and learn we grow in the info we retain. Most likely life itself is teaching you and you may be developing in some mystical way. The ship could stand for you floating through life and the D.N.A. changes could mean that you are acquiring more knowledge as you go. And last but certainly not least. Being able to detect others intentions sounds as if you may be developing some empathic talents.

Just my first thoughts. Of course I could be wrong because I am new and I do not know you. So I hope you didn't mind me addressing your wonderful dream.

Cool, I don't have that many dreams about space, but that was a cool dream. I had a dream the other night I thought I was awake, I was in a head shop and I said something that made the guy bring me downstairs , he had a lot of pot , then this buzzer went off and the people who came in before me said they were listening outside busted the guy then commended me on what I said to make me be brought downstairs. It felt so real. And I was up all night so I thought I didn't fall asleep. I read teaching yourself to lucid dream about six times from cover to cover and read other dream books. A dream journal will help. Often you forget you r dreams throughout the day they say not to move write down everything you can remember in reverse like what happened before that and keep a journal near the bed and move as little as possible in the morning. It can help and you will get better at recall.

I really hate to mention this without providing links but if you feel compelled to search about what I'm talking of you'll find it.

From what you mention, does the name Enoch or Noah's Ark ring a bell? If you trace the timeline of man from the time of Adam and henceforth the lines all die out with Noah. After the "flood" every copy of animals and man were genetically modified, the lifespans started shortening.


I do not know what a tardis is but my gf claims that my description for Enoch's time traveling dimensional flying house from religious texts seem to liken it to a tardis.

Well i think i know what the other person was getting at, and if i am right i think its a case if not wanting to scare the person witless, it does sound to me like an experience my family and i have, a very real experience which is remembered as though it was a dream. Of course i could be wrong but after such dreams i have had which have been very similar all thoughts of it being a dream go out the window when i see that i have another scoop mark or puncture marks that weren't there before bedtime.

dude that is a hella of a dream,and i agree some of the people in this thread about how dreams can be so damn real sometimes how everything looks your senses are all active too i've woken up missing a dream person whom to my knowledge i've never met haha,i've had 2 very weird dreams that have stayed with me just cause well they're weird as hell haha,i'd appreciate it immensely if anyone can give me an interpretation since i've looked up stuff in the internet but nothing really hits the mark for me, alright so

dream 1:I see the moon as if i were floating over it looking down then there is either a volcano or a crazy ass hurricane on the moon (that part i don't recal 100%) the next thing is that outta nowhere a missile strikes the moon and the moon breaks off into 3 pieces,those three pieces fall unto earth and turn into massive tanks,
out of nowhere i'm in a room and i hear the words "every living soul is being recruited for war" or something along those lines,and i also remember hearing the cold war isn't over. (i'm sorry that some parts aren't concrete but the main parts like the missle striking the moon,the pieces hitting earth and turning into tanks i'm sure of

dream 2:some guy is searching in the ocean (near the shore not deep inside) for "evidence" of something and
out of nowhere he takes out a man (in a clear plastic bag like the ones where cops put evidence in) and the man is missing his hands and feet it's not bloody or gruesome looking but he did get them severed.
the last part i remember is being in a dark parking lot and there is a janitor and he has a thumb
and that's all i can remember

i have always had strange dreams, when i was younger i would have a dream and sometime later find myself in the place. i was about 12 years old when this started, lying on my bed meditating one summer day, in england, when in my mind appeared an image of the pope and i heard a reporter saying that he had been shot. later that day there was breaking news about pope john paul in st peters square, told my parents but dont think they took me seriously, lol. anyway more to the point, i feel that i have to reveal some of the dreams i am getting more and more frequently. they are the real thing, just like being there, all a similar theme, set around and in las vegas. i look up at the sky the clouds start to race wildly, then i see strange blue and green tinges mixed in the clouds, dont know why but i think it has something to do with methane. then i hear a thunderous rushing noise, and i look to the south of the valley a huge wall of water engulfs the city it fills up to the mountain tops.

another dream in the same timescale we are in a high rise building and suddenly people start running up the stairwell. sea water is rising as fast as we can run up the stairs, we get to the top floor and the water stops rising there is only ocean no more land visible, then the building starts to tremble and shift on its foundation.

had many more similar dreams on this theme, have even gone as far as buying a covered lifeboat.
few years ago i had another strange dream i was standing on top of a parking deck on the las vegas strip i looked into the sky and there were blue skys and the sun was very bright. suddenly i see a missile firing of toward the sun it streakes across the sky and impacts, the sun turns black and it get cold.

well thats all for now, i do have a feeling that it may be good to be in the boat buisness and i think we are in for some major changes in the dry land that we now occupy.

If you are dreaming about water rising around you it usually means your emotions are flying away with you, as you struggle to keep control, a feeling of helplessness or of losing control of a situation the fact you bought a life boat signifies you are trying to protect, maybe your own feelings, a boat is a vessel of sorts.
