Ahhh...I've got nothing else...a pyramid builder's tomb? In the vicinity of Khufu's pyramid?

I've found lots of papers on the subject of Ancient Egyptian graffiti but they are illustration poor...fascinating subject though...so thanks for providing me with a little journey to entertain myself with

In short, me stumped...

These are not well known as they are at considered malapropos to the fringe

I'll give out the answer tomorrow and I'll give another hint - they were located on a pyramid.

Oh and glad you're not cold-blooded

I was going to let someone else have a turn at answering this one, but since no one has got it yet:

It is the Goyon and Ginsells builders mark

(I learned about it from you here:www.abovetopsecret.com...)

Here's an easy one:

Where is this geoglyph located, and what is it's theorized purpose?

Yes! Those were found on the exposed core blocks/backing stones of Khufu Pyramid, 4th course west face, 71st stone on leaving the north angle. They were published in 1947, Egyptian Pyramids, by Leslie Valentine Grinsell.

I'll add a trivia question too there is some evidence that shows the same pyramid was painted, what colour was it?

Oh the item above is geoglyph known as the El Candelabro or Paracas Candelabra....as to its purpose no one really agrees.

Western coast South America.
Points to Nasca lines for landing instructions and best beer locations.

The Paracas Candelabra (or Candelabra of the Andes), overlooking the Pisco bay on the Paracas peninsula of central eastern Chile.

Believed to be made by the pre-Incan Paracas people, C. 200BC. Some scholars think it is a kind of narcotic plant called Jimson Weed, others, that it represents the tree of life. I personally go with the latter, as to me, it looks nothing like Jimson Weed.

I'll add a trivia question too there is some evidence that shows the same pyramid was painted, what colour was it?

Red, red ochre to be precise, though still a lot of debate on this. The polished limestone was white. Solar temples were often red, and evidence supports some other pyramids being this color. Other scholars believe the paint traces to be from the first archeological teams.

What is this, and where was it found?
Nobody seems to know anything else about it.

Hint, it dates to about the second millennium B.C.E.

Thank you for (eventually) putting me out of my misery and preventing Hanslune from teasing me further.

No fair...that one was easy-peasy...and you pipped me by seconds
thwarting my chance for redemption.

May I add, though, that it is Linear A, hence why it remains a (relative) mystery.

Sorry I didn't mean to tease. The Phaistos Disk isn't Linear A its some unknown 'language' personally I believe it to be an item created by a child and kept by a proud parent/grandparent.

There is some disagreement if the PD is Linear A

From the wiki on the Phaistos Disk

This cave is very important

10,000 years ago the people who lived here made these.

And they hunted with these points

And they collected these

And this ancestral form of a major food crop today

Thier descendants made these

So my question is, Where is this cave? ,And why is it important? And who were their descendants.

Here's a riddle clue.

If you look towards the Lonely Islands you will find the answers, but watch out for the pygmies, as they don't suffer trespassers.

P.s. Not Andy Samburgs Lonely Is.

Awww man I should have cheated and looked it up. I never did test well...I should stick to Scrabble or Snakes and Ladders.

I kind of like the theory that a child made it...but I don't think so, on closer inspection, doesn't say child to me. I'm thinking perhaps it's a story 'book', after all, tales are spun, are they not?

No apologies necessary, I was teasing about the teasing. No harm done

My first thought on it that it was one of the five key archaic caves of Mexico but that doesn't fit with your hint

So what are these used for?

The first is a reconstructed one

A much older one

Some neglected ones

So very close Hans, got the right hemisphere and the connection to Mexico.

And I have no idea what those are, iid say a circular variant of a mastaba, in one of the lands bordering AE, beyond that I've got nothing.

Ah yes flores,

George Weber writes of the anadamans , flores and other lonely islands where the pygmies may not take to outsiders, but once you find G.W.'s pygmies the answers to my question lie between the Pericu, and the Selk'nam.
