Just a reminder of who you truly are...and the potential energy that you posses

You are not here merely by chance.
You are not a victim of your circumstances.
Although you may not always be able to control the physical experiences you encounter,
You, and only you, are in control of how you respond, both emotionally and mentally.
Consciously align your actions with your Highest Good and
humbly resign the need to control the outcomes of said actions.
Work hard, but hold space for the Universe to provide what it will. (And it will.)
Once you do this, you'll see how you can even start to attract the exact 'coincidences' you need
in order to propel you the direction you need to go.
Pay attention to the signs.
Listen to the strangers.
But even more importantly,
listen to your heart.
You are only here in this body one time,
so be proud of who you are and all that you do.
If you find yourself consumed by the Darkness,
remember there is a candle within your heart that shines.
Your wick wasn't lit to light an already bright world.
So let it shine.
Breathe deep into your heart to feed it.
Let it grow.
Let it grow until you are utterly engulfed by the flame
and there is no question that you
are just as bright as the Sun
and then let that light overflow the confines of your ego
so that you may begin to lift up
all others around you.

The kinetic energy of the world is moving in one direction.
But the amount of potential energy within your body alone
is enough to change everything.

Well, imho, you did choose this.
You chose this life to learn specific lessons.
Perhaps you chose this life to learn that you chose this life?
I do not know what your lessons are.

I genuinely recommend that you read the book, 'Only Love is Real' by Brian Weiss.
It will shed light onto reincarnation, the soul, past life regressions and the lessons that we all come back here to learn, over and over and over. Brian Weiss is an MD and has a very traditional western medicine background. He just so happened to stumble upon past life regression therapy while working with patients under hypnotic suggestions.

Even if you don't think you chose to be here, I hope you choose to have fun while you are here.
How much would it mean to you if someone went out of their way to be kind to you, help you, love you and respect you? (For me, it always means a lot.)
That's why I try to give that back to others on a daily basis.

That's what I believe all of our biggest lesson truly is: How to Love.

Ask God.
I'm not saying 'which' God or 'what' God is.
But just openly ask the Universe, the voice in your head, the wind outside, the air in your lungs,
whatever you want God to be,
ask your questions. Genuinely. Without sarcasm or passive aggression.
Ask for you to be shown why you are here.
And then leave it at that for now.

Again, I sincerely recommend you read the book 'Only Love is Real.'

You are not here on accident.
Nor is this conversation happening by accident.

This is one of your signs to help answer the question you have always been asking.

Go within. Meditate. Listen. Breathe. You'll be fine.
