Judging by your user name, you don't date many men at all. Just an observation.

Regardless.....I put food in my own freezer by hunting. Deer, being a non predatory animal, is a wonderful source of meat.

If you think that is bad, you should hear the potatos scream when I cut out their eyes. And the corn, when i pull off its ears.....pure veggie violence.

To the poster above you, usually when hunting for big game we have a wench system on a truck or some other 4X4, but with large game like elk, we usually quarter it where its shot and then haul it out piece by piece...

Agreed... If it's true that he shot one, and its true they do exist, its obvious that they're relatively endangered (knowing that they're rarely and i mean rarely seen)... To think that a person would recklessly shoot an animal for the sake of clearing his name is disgusting... If we find that they DO exist, they need to be put on the protected species list (the one with bald eagles and animals like that), to make sure no more are killed. They need to be studied, not murdered...

His last name is Dyer. He is a known hoaxer in the Bigfoot community as well as he was arrested for defrauding people on EBay. I have sadly watched a few of his videos on YouTube (since removed) and I have significant doubt that he is in fact sane. I mean seriously the guy came across as totally unglued. There is little doubt in my mind this will be another in a long list of fraud and outright lies he has told hoping to make a few dollars. There is more of a chance the Earth is flat then Dyer actually having shot a Bigfoot. Just google Rick dyer and ebay fraud arrest for information. By the way the daily mirror is not exactly a reliable source. I asked a Brit once what it would compare to in the US and they said The NY Post or Boston Herald or National Inquirer.

Is this the same guy, last year or the year before that proclaimed he had killed Bigfoot. Had a big press conference saying BF was in his freezer, and it turned out to be a frozen BF costume?

The last time someone claimed that they had a dead Bigfoot, we only ended up with a large frozen costume in a freezer. Is this the same guy? I don't remember who hoaxed that one, but I wouldn't be surprised if this too is fake, though I remain cautiously hopeful.

And for a "researcher" you seem to lack the abillity of considering multiple angles, motive, desperation and general human psychology. The article never mentions a legendary skeptic, it just refers to some guy with a possible fake name. Could be his beer drinking buddy who's getting a take of the profits for everyone who buys this video. You know it will only be allowed to be seen if you send 29.95 for your own copy of the shooting. The body will be displayed in a glass case so nobody can actually touch it.....blah blah, you know how these things turn out.

But people always tend to buy into long enough to fund these hoaxers for awhile.

No chance, there is no physical, biologically real bigfoot IMO. Which makes accounts (the ones that seem genuine, at least) of such even more fascinating.

That is literally THEE worst photo I've ever seen in my life. Is it a crayon drawing of a bigfoot on a fridge? I don't know, but what I do know is this...

Every single photo of bigfoot to be released in the past 10 years has been as crappy and blurry as that photo.

Blurry photo = hoax.

Bad photo = hoax.

Too good of a photo? = rubber suit.

It is past early April and I saw no date posted in the linked article. I may have missed it in the article somehow, but I didn't see any dates in there.

Also, do you have more information on Musky Allen, the one witness cited in the article to have seen the corpse. I assume he is the skeptic you are speaking of, I'm not a huge bigfoot guy so I never heard of him. Thanks for the help for clearing this up for me.

Musky is not his real name. And he has been a frontpage sceptic for years on end. Now he's actually stating on a youtube recording in an interview with Barnes (FB/FB) that this thing he got to see and touch is the real deal. If you google it or youtube it you will find tons of info. Including a youtube clip where Dryer tells about the event that took place prior, during and after the making of the film..
