Not arguing here, but Einstein's theory on relativity is what it was published as; a theory, albeit a good one at that.
The only science that truthfully is "real", as far as we can provide evidence supporting it, is mathematics.

Also; during Einstein's time, Internet had not been invented and motion picture was very different from what it is today.
In addition; controversial science is not widely accepted or reported about in mainstream media, hence, it may take a bit more than just paper
publishing to get the information out there.
But, I am sceptical as to whether or not this is an extra-terrestrial, until extensive information about how it was found, by who, how, who handled
it, who has been its caretakers, what tests were performed, amount of tests and cross-checks, amount of times it was tested, by who and so forth has
