The episode began with Stan going on a CIA mission to capture Osama bin Laden, who was living in Florida. Stan asked why they were looking for Bin Laden if he was dead, and his CIA boss responded that the killing of Osama bin Laden was faked.

Right. Seth hasn't shied away from touching on conspiracies and the way different parts of society react. Best example is Cleveland quickly and quite randomly saying "9/11 was an inside job" at the end of an episode.
