According to CBS News an American tackled Saudi National Abdul Al-Harbi to the ground

when he took off running just before the bomb went off. Adbul was arrested and taken

to the hospital. Taken into custody = Person of Interest

It doesn't take long for the alarm bells to start going off at the NCTC when it is revealed

his last name is Al-Harbi.
