Interesting story (stories?) so far...

There's one curiosity I'd like answered.

I have a feeling some of the real top-secret guys would also know what the "WWII divisions" are still doing in the supply chain. Things like a company that make cars still keeping around an index listing for a branch that made divebomber parts and stuff like that. You'd think they'd be retired and no longer listed, but they're not. (For records purposes is one thing, but it was current indexed back at the time.) I'd guess such a division might occasionally borrow that 100,000lb press used to make car body panels from another division to stamp parts for things which they don't really know what they're for, etc.

Many years ago (almost seems like another life now) I worked in a quasi-supply/engineering department. And you get bored and have nothing better to do than browse around electronic catalogs and stuff. (And being familiar with it was part of the job I was doing.) But yeah, Fedlog more or less. If I recall, the DVD the catalog was on wasn't anything more than NOFORN afaik.

So anything to those "weird" listings when doing company cross-references and stuff? Of course no answer is fine too, I can understand. And if anyone else with supply ordering materials wants to look it was years ago, and I wouldn't be surprised if the "more interesting" ones are gone by now. I'd still give it a shot though, some "fun" sounding stuff may come up. (I'm sure some listings are also faked to throw people off. But some had really amusing or sci-fi sounding names.)

I think you would be more in agreement with me ... If I wasn't being so cryptic.

4096 was a walk in the park in 1990, and I have a specific reason to remember that specific year, so don't assume I made a typo. I've been out of the loop since then, but I'd chance to guess that there is no such thing as encryption to the NSA, it's likely nothing more than a marker/flag ... if they even recognize the difference between encrypted/unencrypted data anymore.

I think the reply you are going to get from our thread host is this: The people recruited for the jobs like he has are groomed from birth, they are never approached after they have reached age. The tests you take in grade school are designed to single out those who are willing to sell out their fellow humans, then, once that is established, they are groomed - no one is ever chosen from a technical college at age 24. You are chosen based on: DNA first, family lineage second, testing third, and then, if then, you make the grade, your primary education will be different then the other kids, your path will be slightly out of sink with the mainstreamed kids. Once selected, the mind games begin.

Take that for what its worth, I'm going to go out on a limb that Ultra agrees and will add a few pieces I don't know about, some new wrinkles that have been added.

Wow that's deep.

DNA analysis on the newest generation IPod is starting to become possible now, but not back then.

I'm not sure about the "from birth" thing; from the start of schooling in most cases, SAT standardized testing for one.

Mainstream education is borderline useless, it produces people of a barely-passable IQ; all it tells you is that the candidate has an IQ above 100 and can follow general instructions. Which is good, but certainly not enough.

I can tell you who they WON'T select:
1) Women.
-Women are too compassionate. They don't want a person with lots of feelings, they want something more like a robot; someone who can stab you in the back and walk away without feeling much remorse, but not a full-on psychopath who sharpens his knife all day and dreams of ponies and flying cats.
2) James Bond, Rambo, do-gooders, veterans, arm of the law or military.
-Too patriotic, and too wired to do the "right" thing.
3) Power seekers.
-In general: Judges, Politicians, Principals, Wallstreet Ex's, CEO's, Talkshow Hosts, Pop Stars
4) Anyone with high debt
-new grads, stupid people
5) Anyone with a history of disobedience or mistrust
-druggies, convicts

Who they generally prefer to select:
1) An IQ of at least 100
2) Male, preferably single and never married.
3) Can spend insane amounts of time under solitary caged underground confinement.
4) People who are judgemental, manipulative and analytic.
5) People who can follow orders and instructions but aren't much patriotic.
general sense of:
-can be bribed with money to do nearly anything and not giving a shard about the aftereffects of what they just did, all while they give you the constant CCTV probing all day, every day.
6) Highly Secretive, likes to hide stuff: objects, facts, information and emotions.

Some of these traits are a double-edged sword and can cause backfire on the employer, but they know this.

What percentage of population would fit that bill? Not many, less than a million for sure.

Say what!!?
DNA analysis on an Ipad, or Ipod? Surely you jest.
The newest release of the IPHONE does have a finger print scanner - and it as I understand it, flawed.

Fingerprints and DNA are two totally different things, but I'm sure you are aware of that.
Perhaps you mis-spoke? Was it intentional?

Aaaaaahhh! I can tell he's never worked on an SAP/CAP program before!

SAP (Special Access Program)
CAP (Compartmentalized Access Program)

SAP program is a team-based approached where all the internal team members
are working on a common goal and have inside or deep knowledge of the program specifics.

Example: LMCO Space Plane where 20 team members know all about the outer hull design,
the specifics on the motors, AlO2 ceramic sheathing, interior materials and radar cross-section
testing envelope specifics. The would NOT know anything about the Avionics and Flight
Control computer platform which would be a Raytheon/Grumman specialty.

Usually used for specialized space/aircraft and vehicles, ships, sub design!
SAP programs are usually single teams assigned to a single geographic location.
i.e. LMCO Skunkworks or Boeing Phantomworks This type of program is the one
where the surveillance is PERVASIVE but very secretive. You can take it from me
that we DO NOT TELL nor SHOW HOW FAR we go in terms of intruding upon
the private lives of SAP personnel to ensure that they are not compromised
and that program data is kept on-site ONLY! If those LMCO/BPW people
ever found out how far the rabbit hole goes, they'd probably lynch us!
But then again, we don't kiss and tell! EXCEPT HERE ON ATS OF COURSE! ;-) :-)

CAP (Compartmentalized Access Program) are more political in nature
where only a SMALL number ...say, less than 4 would know the greater details
but all lower-level personnel would be assigned SMALL tasks on a non-specific
basis (i.e. code 700 lines of a recursive search routine) which gets submitted
to higher ups. Only the highly specific details for THAT specific task are explained
and outlined...NO explanation as to the why or what larger purpose is given.

Usually used for large software projects and avionics/flight control systems design
or for intelligence gathering operations. The key part in a CAP program is you only know
the details on your specific area of expertise which is needed to complete a very
small and specific task. Those task results are NEVER explained as to their overall purpose!
If ONE person is compromised, the entire program is not put into jeopardy and the players
can be spread out geographically without great consequence.

It's the higher-ups that get scrutinized more these days all because of the Robert Hansen
incident and OTHERS where it has been found that it is MANAGEMENT and AREA EXPERTS
that tend to get compromised or take it on themselves to throw a monkey wrench into the works!
There is now a CIA/NSA/DIA/NI, etc version of Internal Affairs that is tasked to look long and hard
at personnel and daily security practices on any given CAP program. AND these guys are SUPPOSED
to get rotated in and out so that the chance of the Internal Affairs guy being the problem is lessened.

---

In terms of who gets the closer and deeper looks...its the SAP guys, but the reason
is more to do with DATA security than personnel because those people in product design
TEND to be hard workers who DO TRY to take their work home with them...and its
"our" job to PREVENT that. RARELY are these personnel compromised and the basic
reason is because of team familiarity/solidarity who can SMELL an internal traitor a mile away!

--

It's the wide-spread CAP guys (almost ALL are men!) who get nailed and the number one reason
is SEX combined with BOREDOM...a DEADLY combination where Russian/Chinese/Israeli agents
take advantage of the fact that SEX, BOOZE, EXCITEMENT and MONEY REALLY WORKS in terms
of turning someone. The self-rationalization of the target will do the rest of the turning!

ALL the security Internal Affairs Guys and SAP watchers are anal retentive DETECTIVES
who LOOOVE a good puzzle....almost ALL are ex MP's, former/current FBI, forensic analysts
and highly into taking notes and photos. The one key to a good one is finding out how large
their book collection is on multiple subjects....they are BROAD KNOWLEDGE people knowing
a LOT about almost everything! The library, their cameras, their notebooks, their phones
and technical journals are their best friends. Plus they usually are unassuming, low key,
and BLEND into the background and are chameleons. He can be the UPS driver, the
accountant, the bike courier, the printer/copier repair tech, the local barista
and even the cable installer. He is Agent Smith and can jump from one body to the NEXT!

You can't see him but he WILL look for and find YOU and then he'll watch like a hawk
and you will NEVER know it!

Wow that's deep.

DNA analysis on the newest generation IPod is starting to become possible now, but not back then.

Official DNA analysis sure, but bloodlines are a very well guarded secret. How did Bill Clinton become ushered along in his life? All leaders are from certain blood lines, DNA traits are important, and many on the areas you work in were watched the same way old Bill was, though you'd never find a trail - they knew who you were before you were born.

I'm not sure about the "from birth" thing; from the start of schooling in most cases, SAT standardized testing for one.

The Russians invented standardized testing in the Stalin era and it was passed to the US, they looked for the very things you posted below. Those little tests you took identified the traits they were seeking. Then the chosen child got, special classes, or more scrutiny etc. While your DNA makes you a target, you still need to express.

Mainstream education is borderline useless, it produces people of a barely-passable IQ; all it tells you is that the candidate has an IQ above 100 and can follow general instructions. Which is good, but certainly not enough.

Mainstream school produces all levels of worker. The system was designed to produce spy guys, grunts, and walmart stock boys. The system is too big and to unwieldy for most to see this as possible, let alone happening, but most folks have their life path chosen by the state, and in some cases well before they are born.

A question for you, with all sincerity meant: You've come here and talked about a few things, but nothing that would allow anyone reading this to alter their path in anyway. For example, you've never said, "in November they plan xxx, as I worked on that project," so the information you present means you are not privy to the levels of information that would help you personally in a way outside your employement. Since you are not exposed to that, it would mean, you are disposable - again sincerity meant. How do you experience that personally?

I doubt that you are in some way immune from the mental, physical and spiritual weapons you help create, so how does that effect you personally? If I had to guess, I'd say you began to get a kind of spiritual ache around last december, with a more acute sense of it around mid march, what do you attribute that to in light of the weapons effectiveness? If folks are moving past your weapons of control, do you take that as a personal affront?

Last question. Friends? You must have some. I do wonder about those who's team is involved with the selling out of humanity. There was a post here some time back about a women and man (actors?) who were interviewed after Sandy Hook AND Boston seemingly in order to validate the event. I wondered if they went home and high-fived each other on a good job? I wondered if they said to their friends, "we conned so many people today, they'll demand we put everyone in jail over this event?"

Brother, the nickname for the place these people worked was "Wonderworld." Never seen anything like it before or since. There was nothing ... absolutely nothing ... you could see and not be curious about. There were walls that kept you from getting too good a gander, there were locks that kept you from 'accidentally' straying, but compartmentalization was not an applied concept for the smart people. The last thing any of the 'management' would risk was offending someone's dignity. The level of trust was absolute once you got in the building and the only things intimidating were me, my boss, and accidents. Me and my boss didn't hang around ... too much of a distraction, and the accidents, well ... they were something to behold.

I don't think that's going to happen for a long while. The limiting factor is and will not be the power of the computational substrate, but what you need to program it to do, and how to train it. That's requires decades/centuries of work from science-oriented analog PhD's. Brains are not at all uniform; they have many specialized modules built by evolution.

DOE Lightning Protection System at the Weapons Engineering Tritium Facility and Safety Classification of the Electrical Distribution System at the Chemistry and Metallurgy Research Facility

Lol, that is supposed to be the one of the groups working on impending global electrical problem. Not sure if it from comets or sun but my friend, local super at electric company said they were all contacted about something coming. He is freaked and has gassed up his generators and preparing. Supposedly this is coming in very near future. Read about couple other places so there might actually be something to it. They appear to be gearing up for something but what ever you do don't go to fema camp.

---

The Tritium facility is used for HOT Nuclear Fusion research...trying to get their high-powered
lasers to ignite and fuse the core for longer than a minute or two.

If it's for Weapons Engineering, it is for producing tritium which goes into the fission primaries of nuclear warheads. The USA hasn't produced tritium for bombs for decades (used to be made in reactors at Hanford and Savannah River), and what's left is decaying to helium (needs to be filtered out).

The DWave computer is not in the class of computational models which can factorize large integers.

it's a computer which uses quantum mechanics to perform certain optimzation problems but it is not not a full "quantum computer" as the theorists use in its full generality.

The technology is still fairly far away. I have heard, however, directly from intelligence community personnel that if the scientific base were to develop to a point where engineered solutions were practical the government would invest a "Manhattan Project"-like effort. It may happen in 10-25 years.

I kinda have to agree on that because of the basic issue of OBSERVANCE being the cause of decoherence
in a classical quantum computation device. You cannot observe BOTH the position AND the spin
of a particle at the same and thus the "Q-bits" would never be readable or writeable in any
possible modern-day fashion since the mere ACT of measurement causes Q-bits to
become un-entangled and "out-of-control" and therefore being USELESS as a computational
device .... BUT....the Dwave system is classical computer that uses the spin states of a series
of trapped noble gas particles in a vacuum well to represent a given series of values which
can be integers, characters, real numbers, etc.

And when your Xenon/Argon particles have nuclear spins that are off-the-scale,
your only computation limit is the SAMPLE RATE per second using femto-second laser pulses.
It is MORE THAN POSSIBLE that the theoretical performance bandwidth for a 512 Q-Bit Dwave
system would be on the order of ( ( 1,000,000,000,000,000 femtoseconds (1 Second) divided
by 300 femto-seconds per laser sampling pulse ) x 512 bits) ) divided by 8 = BYTES PER SECOND =
213,333,333,333,333 (or 213 TERABYTES per second). I have heard of using lasers that have
pulses as fast as 6 femto-seconds across the time domain from rise to peak to nominal
so with a change of laser sampling circuitry, all of a sudden 213 terabytes per second
jumps by 50x to 10.65 PETABYTES per second! That's fast enough to do a BRUTE FORCE
ATTACK on an AES-256-bit encryption key in mere seconds or minutes at the max!

---

And since the only operations are an increment counter and a compare operation,
and some division/multiplication, a DWave like system is IDEAL for factoring large
integers or search through lists of numbers. A dWave is NOT designed for
logical multi-state boolean operations and pipeline prediction/speculation
such as those on modern day Intel/AMD CPUs but for PURE number/text searching
those Dwave systems are ABSOLUTE KILLERS and leave everything else in the DUST!

So for Encryption Busting and DSP-like bit-shifting operations THIS is a computer
i'd want to HAVE in my computing arsenal. With this sucker, I could find numerically-oriented
rise and falls in stock market trades that would point me to volatile companies for
day trading purposes which would make me a multi-billionaire in a matter of weeks!

As far as the November comment, they operate 24/7/365 and have been doing so for decades. Their plan is always active and unchanging, control and enslave the population via socialogic and technologic means.
They have never suspended their operation for more than a day, ever.

I'm nearly immune to their psychologic trickery because I know it, magicians can see magic tricks
and I'm not alone there; but their technological methods can only be partially avoided.

There is to ways to avoid the technology, distance and shielding.
There are two types of wave propagations used: omni-spherical and directed. Spherical waves drop in strength by the inverse square of the distance and directed drops by the inverse of the distance. 1/4th or 1/2 power respectively.

Do you ever feel tired at around 3pm, even when relaxing on vacation off from work? If so, that could be one sign of the technological effects.

As for shielding, I live in a Faraday cage. Usually you want to layers. One of chicken wire, which is good at blocking from ELF up to low microwaves; and one of aluminium foil, which is good for blocking microwaves and all the way up into the low X-Rays. Ensure you seal all gaps with al-ductape otherwise the microwaves will get in, you can get this stuff from nearly any hardware store.
You can test it's effectiveness fairly easily by trying to call a cellphone. If the cellphone call makes it through, then it's NOT good enough shielding! If you did a good job It should also block wi-fi and 3G.

ProjectUltra2013

Yes I know, it's quite embarrassing how they discuss the technical details of their backend critical systems on the google and interwebs like this. As if foreign countries wouldn't be reading them, such as North Korea.

But, would you have been able to find it without me having posted it? and then correlated it to an event that occurred 4 years later?

I only found it because you posted a shot of this supposed "top secret" document. Me being able to find it on the web from a pdf file years old shows it was NOT top secret and that your claim was fake. Unless you want to say that it was from a much older document that happened to be top secret years before it made it onto the web. But if that is the case I Also remember you posting earlier in the thread that your work location was secure and that it was not possible for you to get anything out of the building. If that is true then how would you have gotten some snap shot of a "top secret" document out in the first place?
