If you think they can't do it, then you are the one who is dead wrong!
Just because you don't believe in gravity, jump off a building and discover it for yourself, it exists and so is their ability to crack those encryptions.
Wrong ... again ... and getting colder, which means 'we' are getting closer. Soon ...

I think the reply you are going to get from our thread host is this: The people recruited for the jobs like he has are groomed from birth, they are never approached after they have reached age. The tests you take in grade school are designed to single out those who are willing to sell out their fellow humans, then, once that is established, they are groomed - no one is ever chosen from a technical college at age 24. You are chosen based on: DNA first, family lineage second, testing third, and then, if then, you make the grade, your primary education will be different then the other kids, your path will be slightly out of sink with the mainstreamed kids. Once selected, the mind games begin.
Take that for what its worth, I'm going to go out on a limb that Ultra agrees and will add a few pieces I don't know about, some new wrinkles that have been added.

That doesnt sound right at all....my uncle has been working for the DoD for like 20+ years out in the middle of the desert, he has to fly his own plane in to get to it, hes worked on the airborne laser defense system and he showed us the powerpoint of the entire project 3 years before i saw it in magazines and he has top secret clearance and above but he is definitely not watched all creepy like like that. Other than some things he cant talk about he said its like a normal job going to work with some extra security around special projects. unless....do you work with the aliens??edit on 1-10-2013 by NiZZiM because: insert word "not"

Wow that's deep.
DNA analysis on the newest generation IPod is starting to become possible now, but not back then.
Official DNA analysis sure, but bloodlines are a very well guarded secret. How did Bill Clinton become ushered along in his life? All leaders are from certain blood lines, DNA traits are important, and many on the areas you work in were watched the same way old Bill was, though you'd never find a trail - they knew who you were before you were born.
I'm not sure about the "from birth" thing; from the start of schooling in most cases, SAT standardized testing for one.
The Russians invented standardized testing in the Stalin era and it was passed to the US, they looked for the very things you posted below. Those little tests you took identified the traits they were seeking. Then the chosen child got, special classes, or more scrutiny etc. While your DNA makes you a target, you still need to express.
Mainstream education is borderline useless, it produces people of a barely-passable IQ; all it tells you is that the candidate has an IQ above 100 and can follow general instructions. Which is good, but certainly not enough.
Mainstream school produces all levels of worker. The system was designed to produce spy guys, grunts, and walmart stock boys. The system is too big and to unwieldy for most to see this as possible, let alone happening, but most folks have their life path chosen by the state, and in some cases well before they are born.
I can tell you who they WON'T select:
1) Women.
-Women are too compassionate. They don't want a person with lots of feelings, they want something more like a robot; someone who can stab you in the back and walk away without feeling much remorse, but not a full-on psychopath who sharpens his knife all day and dreams of ponies and flying cats.
2) James Bond, Rambo, do-gooders, veterans, arm of the law or military.
-Too patriotic, and too wired to do the "right" thing.
3) Power seekers.
-In general: Judges, Politicians, Principals, Wallstreet Ex's, CEO's, Talkshow Hosts, Pop Stars
4) Anyone with high debt
-new grads, stupid people
5) Anyone with a history of disobedience or mistrust
-druggies, convicts
Who they generally prefer to select:
1) An IQ of at least 100
2) Male, preferably single and never married.
3) Can spend insane amounts of time under solitary caged underground confinement.
4) People who are judgemental, manipulative and analytic.
5) People who can follow orders and instructions but aren't much patriotic.
general sense of:
-can be bribed with money to do nearly anything and not giving a shard about the aftereffects of what they just did, all while they give you the constant CCTV probing all day, every day.
6) Highly Secretive, likes to hide stuff: objects, facts, information and emotions.
Some of these traits are a double-edged sword and can cause backfire on the employer, but they know this.
What percentage of population would fit that bill? Not many, less than a million for sure.

I doubt there are many people who could just sit at the keyboard and type that out (nods at you in respect).
I'll share one fraction of a war story. I had to go 'pick up' a guy who was running his mouth to a magazine. While I was walking through the facility my proximity badge was unlocking every door in the corridor as we passed by. I almost couldn't contain my laughter at the sidelong glances my escort was giving me. She must've caught on real quick to the bad thing that was going to happen to somebody ... And it's as like she was telegraphing to me, "I haven't really seen your face. Don't take me too. Please, don't take me too."
Here's an odd thing: I honestly can't remember the name of a single program I was read on to. I've got a really good memory for that kind of stuff too, but not a single one.

People act amazed when you're not overly curious about projects you're not read onto that are happening in your lab area, too. "Don't you want to know?" "Well, no, it's not my business"

AND I think the catalyzing technology will be 3D stacks of
carbon-nanotube circuitry embedded onto plastic substrates.
And the reasoning behind that statement is that you can literally
GROW nanotubes by the trillions and that such 3D stacked circuits
which network together general 64-bit or 128-bit CPU/GPU technology
at a level that is equivalent to a 4 to 8 EXAFlop supercomputer in something
the size of a beer keg!

digital PhD's working on my projects....AND....that time is coming
sooner than you think !!!

I googled "D.O.E systems lps" as it said on his supposed id tag and came up with this....
www.dnfsb.gov...
DOE Lightning Protection System at the Weapons Engineering Tritium Facility and Safety Classification of the Electrical Distribution System at the Chemistry and Metallurgy Research Facility
Lol, that is supposed to be the one of the groups working on impending global electrical problem. Not sure if it from comets or sun but my friend, local super at electric company said they were all contacted about something coming. He is freaked and has gassed up his generators and preparing. Supposedly this is coming in very near future. Read about couple other places so there might actually be something to it. They appear to be gearing up for something but what ever you do don't go to fema camp.

The Tritium facility is used for HOT Nuclear Fusion research...trying to get their high-powered
lasers to ignite and fuse the core for longer than a minute or two.

Which can use 128 Qbit or 512-qbit Quantum Computers to BREAK the common
256-bit AES or Triple DES encryption standards now in use.
The key technology is the FACTORING of the large Intermediate keys (i.e. huge signed integer values)
using ALL STATES AT ONCE computation which Quantum Computers CAN DO !!!!!!!

The DWave computer is not in the class of computational models which can factorize large integers.
it's a computer which uses quantum mechanics to perform certain optimzation problems but it is not not a full "quantum computer" as the theorists use in its full generality.
The technology is still fairly far away. I have heard, however, directly from intelligence community personnel that if the scientific base were to develop to a point where engineered solutions were practical the government would invest a "Manhattan Project"-like effort. It may happen in 10-25 years.

A question for you, with all sincerity meant: You've come here and talked about a few things, but nothing that would allow anyone reading this to alter their path in anyway. For example, you've never said, "in November they plan xxx, as I worked on that project," so the information you present means you are not privy to the levels of information that would help you personally in a way outside your employement. Since you are not exposed to that, it would mean, you are disposable - again sincerity meant. How do you experience that personally?
I doubt that you are in some way immune from the mental, physical and spiritual weapons you help create, so how does that effect you personally? If I had to guess, I'd say you began to get a kind of spiritual ache around last december, with a more acute sense of it around mid march, what do you attribute that to in light of the weapons effectiveness? If folks are moving past your weapons of control, do you take that as a personal affront?
Last question. Friends? You must have some. I do wonder about those who's team is involved with the selling out of humanity. There was a post here some time back about a women and man (actors?) who were interviewed after Sandy Hook AND Boston seemingly in order to validate the event. I wondered if they went home and high-fived each other on a good job? I wondered if they said to their friends, "we conned so many people today, they'll demand we put everyone in jail over this event?"
ProjectUltra2013
Yes I know, it's quite embarrassing how they discuss the technical details of their backend critical systems on the google and interwebs like this. As if foreign countries wouldn't be reading them, such as North Korea.
But, would you have been able to find it without me having posted it? and then correlated it to an event that occurred 4 years later?
