Not sure why if they already got their hands full, they'd detonate a 3rd with 'incendiary device'

Wonder what that device looks like - what those MilCons were holding?

False flag blowing up in their faces. Police had originally indicated a possible link to the marathon bombings, then said it might have merely been a mechanical fire started by an incendiary device, not a blast. However, several employees on the scene Monday said they clearly heard blasts at the library when the fire started. Authorities in Boston found two more explosive devices that had not gone off and police were dismantling them ... Police confirmed a third explosion at JFK Library in Boston. Boston fire officials confirmed during a press conference that the third explosion was linked to the ones that occurred at the Marathon. There were no injuries reported from the third bombing." it was reported by Business Insider in the article "2 More Explosive Devices Found At Boston Marathon,"[1] that a police scanner "said police were going to do a third, controlled explosion on the 600 Block of Boylston Street."
