Like in the past century people where moving from one country to another to avoid results of the WAR.

I've been looking at Greenland because the Inuits rule themselves, I gather? I suppose once the richness in natural resources become known the world over, the Inuits will be scattered about just like the independent nations before them...hindsight dictates what to expect without any polarizing activities to thwart the conquest of ownership of any natural resources.

Greenland appears unmolested for the most part.
