Question about the Greada Treaty

Hey there, I'm fairly new to the posting threads side of things, and I've come across a lot of mention about the Greada Treaty.
I know it's something to do with Eisenhower and the Grey skins, but is there somewhere I can find more than two sentences of information on it?

Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to ATS! It sounds like you certainly have the right thinking to fit right in for finding the truth which one famous poster insists is out there somewhere! (When you get your 20 posts to start a thread, the Aliens/UFO thread would probably have a lot to add to your question, I'd think. )
