Real life day dream........

Have you ever had those days that it just feels like your in a dream?

I just would like to know if any one from ATS knows what i'm talking about.

Yes I can say I have experienced this many times,

It’s a very odd feeling
Every thing seems like it’s covered in a Very light mist. And when people talk to you its almost like they are somewhat distant, I tend to get this if I have not had enough sleep, Or if the weather changes from being real sunny to dull and rainy, or Vice versa.

Im really not sure why this happens?

I have had this happen too. I have been light-headed when this has occured. It almost seems as people are talking to you but it is going right through you. You have a hard time concentrating and having good memory of that day is almost impossible.

The only time this ever happened to me was when I was in a seriously messed up mental state.

It felt like I was detached from reality and that everything was fake, like it was all a dream that I knew I'd wake up from. Sad thing is I didn't... Never the less, I've expierienced something similar, even if it was due to mental instability.
