BREAKING NEWS: Suspect 'surrounded' in boat behind home near Boston, sources tell Fox News

BREAKING: The second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing is surrounded by police and hiding in a boat covered by a tarp behind a house in the Watertown section of Boston, where police sent a robot in to probe the scene, sources told Fox News.

The suspect is believed to be injured, and a neighbor described the sound of more than 30 shots as akin to "a roll of firecrackers shooting off" before a flurry of activity near the trailered boat behind a home on Franklin Street. Several explosions, possibly police concussion grenades, were heard after the robot went in.

"All hell broke loose," the neighbor told a MyFox Boston reporter.

Sources told Fox News the shed and the boat had been searched earlier, but a woman noticed a door to it had been opened, saw blood and called police. The gunfire broke out when police went to search it, but it was unclear if any police were injured.

A robot was being used to search the boat and the bomb squad was en route, in a dramatic development came just after police said their hunt for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev had gone cold and urged people to "go about your business."

UPDATE 1: It looks like he may actually still be alive. There are reports that he may have a device on his person, and they are evacuating the area. They have reported they do have a visual on him, and they can see what he is doing. The police have been told to stand down until the heavy hitters, aka SWAT, can be on the scene. There is -NO- confirmation yet, if this is the other brother. They are only stating this is a "suspect".

UPDATE 2: It looks like it may now be confirmed that this -IS- in fact the second brother. They are bringing in negotiators and bomb squads to talk with him.

UPDATE 3: Explosions are being heard in the area. The explosions are being described as flash bangs or tear gas is being utilized by the police in order to weaken the suspect. It has also been stated the suspect -DOES NOT- have any explosives on him currently.

UPDATE 4: Suspect is now in custody!

ORIGINAL POST: Looking for more sources now. But looks like they may have the second suspect. Sounds like the suspect may have been killed. They are bringing in a robot to investigate.

Some 30 shots were heard in rapid succession.

Perhaps this is finally over and they have third suspect, dead or alive. Police have been swarming the area.

It appears a woman noticed her shed door was open, and found some clothing with blood on them. She also noticed the cover of her boat on the side of the house had been opened. She notified police immediately. There are reports that they found the suspect in the boat laying down under the cover, and that shots have been fired. Neighbors reporting upwards of 30 shots, in rapid succession, automatic weapon style.


MY COMMENTARY: Now comes the time where we will see the truth behind this. It is reported that he is alive. IF this is the case, and he does make it out of this alive, then we may know once and for all if this is something larger or not.

It is my suspicion that IF this is a false flag, or someone else is pulling the strings here, he -WILL NOT- make it out of this alive.

First rule of assassinations. Kill the assassin, or in this case, the bombers.

They got him alright. Got him right where they wanted him. Dead. Dead people don't talk. Just like Dorner, they don't even try to capture anymore, it's shoot to kill.

Not sure I want him dead just yet. Why not capture him instead and allow him his day in court.

He could be completely innocent.

This will end only this chapter of the story. Now, if he did it. we'll probably never know the reasons and the circumstances of the event.

No video footage, no pics of suspect ID'd

nothing except a dead body photo again?

2 dead suspects how will that HELP there investigations now?
Where is the justice in that?
What if they had kept them and they willing to spill the beans/give names/tell some stories as some criminals do?

He's dead per an interview on WPIX NY Channel 11 - kid was hiding in a boat in a backyard.

Saw it coming since they first announced they had photos yesterday. I told my buddy that they would both be dead within 24 hours....

Dead men don't tell tales... This reeks, but again.... nothing to see here folks. Move along.

Question it, and your now considered an conspiracy theorist kook, or worse. I see feeds on facebook after they announced this with people questioning it, saying hopefully should take him alive, and people retorted that they should be in a hole with the bombers.

What the hell? So questioning now equals death?

Yep he is hiding in a boat. They said they are being very cautious in approaching the boat as the guy may have explosives with him. It sounds like he may be cornered.

Also, Putin from Russia called Obama tonight and expressed condolances to the American people.

I wtched the news footage of this for the first time just a while ago, and maybe it was the way it was being presented, but after hearing/watching things like "9000 police surround town of 3000, total lockdown, door to door search", etc, etc, the conspiratorial side right away started to think how the whole thing could look like a setup to do a full blown live test of implementing martial law on the populace.
It could appear that they were very very successful in controlling the populace to stay indoors unless the police are there while they had full control of the town. Kudos to them for their awesome responses.
Even if the whole thing was legit, it could still be considered a pretty successful test exercise of implementing martial law on the people and how that might look in a real situation, looking at how people behave, etc.

sorry for the insensitivity to the situation, the above is just interesting food for thought, I do feel for the people effected...

It's crazy somehow WPIX NY Channel 11 had a reporter and cameraman inside the quarantine zone all day. The only reporter & camera in the zone - great coverage!

Once again, some odd things to consider. I just realised they released images of the older brother's dead body who was shot and killed earlier.

They didn't even do that with Osama Bin Laden.

Ever since Bush the monkey puppet boy got in as president and close advisors of his said this about him " Bush has very little curiousity about things " I knew it was downhill from there . I actually dont feel America wil ever have a genuine president again

I hoped that the USA would have kept these kids for abit and pumped them for info and then put them in the death chair.

Confirmed. Its him, he is in the boat alive and talking and they are negotiating, but its him. BUSTED!!!!

The news is reporting that he is surrounded and he is refusing to come out.

He is still alive.

The tarp is now off the boat. Suspect still inside, not coming out.
