Listened to the scanner all day, I go out for a few beers with my bros and I miss all the action.

Glad he was taken alive, and hope he survives to explain his motive.

Well done to ATS, was on this thread all day, and we were waaaaaaay ahead of the MSM. Even now we know stuff that the MSM dont even know.

ATS is really the best source for information, we have a kick ass community, we really do.

anyway, I hope they have found all of the devices he and others placed around Boston and yeah, most of us were right...thinking there was more involved.

"Hackable" it isn't. Only if you leave yourself logged in. Those photos were posted WELL ahead of the bombings, he'd posted both before and after that.

Police are saying he is in critical condition. In my opinion, he will not be alive 10 hours from now.

2 males and a female (presumably white hat's girlfriend) were arrested in New Bedford, MA.

This guy is an American Citizen. He has been mirandized, as per law.

If they botch that up they run the risk of screwing their entire case.

No, I didn't really claim it to be strange at all...

I was simply pointing out the foreshadowing of seeing the suspect, while fleeing, in such close proximity to a person wearing the MIT shirt, given what would be happening later.

They stated in the press conference that his Miranda rights were not read and were bypassed national security terrorism policies.

Under the patriot act, American or not, Miranda doesn't have to be read in terms of interrogation.

LOTS of chatter saying the Miranda has not been read, for that very reason.
