Hahaha in NY they're strict, well you could but your not suppose too because if you get into a wreck or something and it's your fault its your ass. I usually went 5 over, plus at this scene they had ALS there today. ALS basically have a lot of # on their rig to cope with anything so speed would not really have been a big factor I don't think. I'm not sure I don't know how badly this guy was wounded, but I loved working with the ALS, after a night of drinking they would give themselves saline in a IV drip to shake off the hangover. We had a golden 20 min rule, you have 20 min to get them to the hospital from when you arrive on the scene.

Doesn't the DMV monitor what is placed on license plates?

Find it highly unlikely something like this would pass by them.

That plate is a 'custom' plate. Something you make at the swap-meet. Lost for words right now on what you would call it ...
