EDIT 316: 7:30PM Two choppers in the air (according to whatever news station I have on TV - NOT THE SCANNER) with infrared cameras.

They were friendly flash bangs. Officers were ordered not to return fire.

Heli has 20 minutes of fuel remaining.

CNN producer on scene hears explosions.

Scanners are silent at the moment.

Apparently, the lady that owns the house - her house was searched earlier, but she called the cops back because things had changed..... the shed door was open and there were bloody clothes inside.

And here we are.

the police are using gas to daze the suspect and flash bangs to disorient him.
