Not only that but she said the FBI "advised" her son regularly on their visits

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. This article: alyssalindley.tumblr.com... she tells someone her and her husband are "political activists."

These people have bred hatred and their ideologies to their children.

Maybe not in name, but is in practice, if they are going into people's homes who refuse, without a warrant or proper probably cause.

They have probable cause.
There is someone hiding in the area who has committed multiple crimes, and is armed and dangerous. That constitutes probable cause, the same if someone broke into your neighbors house then hid in your backyard or house. The police can enter your yard or home in that instance without your consent or a warrant.
Same legal issue here, just on a larger scale.

Because if HRT has him then it will be talked about on secure lines. I'm sure confirmation will come across the regular channels, but initially it will not.

Typically need a bit more "probable cause" than just someone in the area.

"The note" says, 'Found my peace in the destruction of peace", then recites a prayer in Islam

EDIT: this was according to police scanner

Yes Dear Flyers,

Unfortunately that is true, we have seen every time more frequently people, specially very young one, with very estreme points of view in this country, that even wanting to remain not paranoic, it is clear that there are infiltered in the country organizations that are boosting religious hatred.

It is worrying but this is occurring with relative frequency among the Muslims, and i am afraid that possibly many innocent people is paying the consequences, but it is important to ask to the leaders of that community what they are doing to refrain the existence of terrorist cells acting in America using bizarre causes, as the Jihad, as an excuse to commit crimes or encourage youngsters to do so.

If the muslim community in America wants to stop the so called Islamicphobia they must take seriously the menace that represents to have these radical groups acting freely here, and they must show more compromise to denounce and help the authorities to arrest those fanatics that are coming here to destroy our way of life and corrupt with hatred and violence the minds of young people.

if you want to continue taking part on this discussion please visit my thread on terrorism on US Colleges and Universities at:
