i found this article on the dutch newspaper "De Telegraaf" Source.

It's saying that RT made a mistake by posting this and that it could be a premade portrait of Soros that they accidently posted on the web.
lets see how thinks unfold they dont make these just for the fun of it right?

Why has this thread been put in the Hoax bin ?

Are we now saying Reuters did not report Soros was dead ? ....... Reuters may have been wrong but they did report it.
