couple of things for you to do before you let the butchers have a go.

Secondly you need to restore the minerals in your knees So that requires Borax and Magnesium borax will grab the calcium out of your soft tissues and
put it back where it belongs as well as strengthening them there are various reports on how fantastic borax is for our bones if you research Rex
Newnham this guy has done about 40 years research on it and was the reason the australian government banned borax as it cured arthritis amongst other
things (can't have our governments looking after us can we)
I would also stop drinking tap or spring water chlorine and fluoride are toxic to our bodies and fluoride will weaken your bones, The minerals in
spring water are inorganic and your body cannot use them. so distilled water is the best option for you 50% of your pound body weight in ounces plus
10% so if your 200lbs you need 110 ounces of water a day never drink with a meal always 20 minutes before and an hour afterwards as this affects the
bacteria in your stomach and the uptake of the nutrients that we get from our food.
When you take the Borax start on a really small dosage as it will remove a lot of the poisons from your body and you could go through a herxheimer
effect and this puts a lot of people off.
