The federal courthouse on the South Boston waterfront was being evacuated on Tuesday afternoon after a "Code Red" was announced at the building.

Reporters and civilians had gathered at the John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse at the time of the evacuation after conflicting reports of a possible arrest in the Boston Marathon bombings, later denied by Boston Police and the U.S. Attorney's Office

Bringing in the suspect perhaps?

The suspects that were identified probably turned out to be Israeli, now they have to clear the court house so no photos can be taken.. suspects will be released and sent back to Israel just like the 911 mossad agents were.

Wouldnt be surprised at this point if they can kill toddlers by the dozen.

Oh. I guess the info I had was incorrect. CNN needs to cool it's jets trying to be first with the news.

Let's just hope their being hyper vigilant at the moment and we don't see anymore carnage.

I never watched them, glad I did not now, I am just now reading that this
is a bomb threat, lets hope there is no bomb, and no one gets hurt.

I guess someone was cooking a pot roast with a pressure cooker...... Someone caught wind of the smell.....

All jokes aside. I hope nothing happens.

About 15/20 minutes ago on the police scanner, said something about a male with a green back pack photographing area. Someone took pictures of him.

Not sure if the clearing of the courthouse has anything to do with it. Dont know anything about the Boston area.

I wonder if the politicians and the DHS are enjoying being "terrorized" like we the people have been, all of these years.

But, I'm sure they're just putting on a bigger show for us peoples - they know they're not in any harm.

Don't you find it a bit odd that a US Marshals van shows up with a deputy hanging off the passenger door? Then the van backs up fast into the sally port? UM Yeahhhh

My friend lives a few blocks away from here and just texted me saying they are evacuating the courthouse because of a bomb threat!

Man, what is going on up there in Boston??
