this last video released by Osama actually helped Bush win? A terrorist tells us not to vote for Bush. so why should the US listen to a terrorist? people would be more likely to do the opposite of what someone like Osama said. its just reverse psychology. any thoughts?

I doubt that most of the American voters even watched the video or actually knew what it said.

I didn't watch it, only read a little bit about here on ATS.

Of course there are _interpretations_ that _some people_ consider _possibly suggest_ that states voting Bush would possibly be in greater risk. He did give an impression that he dislikes Bush, but stated specifically that Bush/Kerry doesn't matter.
