The history behind 4/15 Boston "bombs"

Nope, it wasn't Terrorism, extreme White fanatics or "false flag" attacks. The only thing I don't have sure is that if the culprits will ever be found or someday surrender to the authorities.
It was a mere.... teen prank, it was just suppose to make large noise and scare a few people, to be a harmless joke...
