Just watched. Both scenes are definitely in the episode. Interesting stuff.

Im not saying it is an inside job, therefore we are on the same page.

Entertainment for the masses.

Yes, and I'm here for the lulz and such. It still seems fishy to me even though I can't justify an 'inside job'.

Its called being on the fence, sir, with much respect to you.

I agree. It's very fishy and several coincidences. Do I think it was an inside job, the jury is still out on that one.

Personally, with the way America is going, I wouldn't put it past big brother.... They are too powerful and maniacal to overlook. Did I mention selfish and money hungry?

That was weird. I am not even sure what it means to be honest. Coincidence? Universal-sea-of-simultaneous-consciousness? The evil rat who did this is a family guy fan?

I'm going to bed.

That was just too surreal.

And it also happened to Seth Macfarlane's "Ted" co-star Mark Wahlberg when he changed his flight on Sept 11th..... coincidence or what?

Actor and former rapper Mark Wahlberg was born and raised near Boston, Massachusetts. He went on to star in such films as “The Perfect Storm” and “Boogie Nights.” On September 11, 2001, he and some friends were scheduled to fly on American Airlines Flight 11, from Boston to Los Angeles. At the last minute they changed their plans and decided to charter a plane to Toronto, Canada, for a film festival. From Toronto, they flew on to Los Angeles. This near brush with death still haunts his dreams. Wahlberg recalled what might have been had he and his buddies been on that flight: “We certainly would have tried to do something to fight. I’ve had probably over 50 dreams about it.”

There's just ONE problem:

At the end of this episode, there's Peter being comforted by relatives, friend and a bridge blows up in the background.

Wasn't there a THIRD bomb found under a bridge that didn't go off?

I saw this episode about a month ago and thought nothing of it, but after this incident today and seeing this thread I realized how blatant this is. Another case of the media leaving bits and pieces of clues in pop-culture.

One question I have always had and have never received a satisfactory answer to: Why do they leave these little 'teasers' before something happens? Anybody else remember the 9/11 hints in The Simpsons a few years before it happened?

Yeah... because terrorists are always watching cartoons to develop their schemes, aren't they?

Maybe he missed his flight so he could warn us about the Boston Marathon bombing! Yes, that is a really long stretch.

Why are you laughing ?

People died.

Your sick.

Obviously NOW you raise your finger against this show, while we were probably all laughing a few weeks ago.

Don´t be a hypocrite. It´s a cartoon.

I think our time would be much more usefully invested by trying to find out who did the real thing, not the drawn one.

To be honest, it seems about as likely as a shadowy, all powerful global conspiracy group choosing Seth McFarlane and Family Guy to disseminate their diabolical plans.

Why hasn't any addressed the point I was just trying to make?

About the bridge blowing up in the background?

It's as if they bungled the whole thing in real life.

Unless the bomb found under the bridge is a piece of misinfo/disinfo?
