I have had a couple of experiences with nature spirits, one I saw as a dryad on a photo enmeshed in a woman's long hair!

Another Celtic spirit methinks appeared to me while I was in a partial dreaming state, but the spirit when it came was not a dream.

If it WAS a dream, then as W. B. Yeats wrote:

Dream, Dream, for this is also Sooth.
