If you can find something similar, I bet it will do you some good. Also a trick for you to try,
Stare at the top right corner of a blank wall while breathing in through the nose for a three count and exhaling for a six count. Continue in spots
without moving you head, just your eyes, in a
pattern down the wall. Repeat once more.
Whenever you think of it, or have time, continue in other directions. Up, down, bottom to top whatever. But only one direction at a time or else you
may become dizzy.
