I like crisp bacon wrapped in floppy bacon with stiff bacon sprinkles.

It's gotta be crispy.

I prefer my bacon sliced thick.

I like it to be fried slightly less than crispy. A bit chewy.

You know.....stiff bacon

When it's cooked beyond just crispy and can support its own weight :-)

For reasons beyond my comprehension.some bacon just won't fry crispy and goes straight from.floppy to stiff. That makes for a sad day

Ever see the movie "Better Off Dead"? The mom served bacon boiled one morning, her husband complained about it being greasy when she fried it.

Never cook bacon naked.

Certainly not in my dogs mind anyway. She has an amazing bacon sense and can smell it in orbit

How true.

Stiff - crispy but not burnt.

Man, a BLT sounds really good right now.

Bacon sammich made with one batch of very crispy bacon and one batch of slightly chewy bacon... the best of both worlds!

The non conformist within me will not be restricted by bacon based biases.

i like mine anywhere from chewy to crispy.. as long as the fat is cooked well I am good I like bacon but it just has to have the fat cooked and I am good if its not then I have to remove the fat because of the feel in my mouth is gross.

Well, since I am not always the one cooking it, I have learned to like it every way people want to make it. I do have a big preference as to quantity though.

We buy three-pound boxes of ends and pieces. I set most of the big chunks of fat aside for seasoning (beans, greens, etc.). The meaty pieces, we fry up and eat. Big, thick, chunky hunks of bacon. None of those sissified little paper thin slices for me. I want my bacon in CHUNKS!!!!!!

I like it cooked just long enough to call it cooked. Warm in the middle, but soft and juicy. I don't care for crisp bacon. To me, you loose all the juiciness and flavor when you crisp it.
