"Somewhat reliable sources have told intelligence that N.K. may possibly have the potential to nuke the U.S. -- though it is probably improbable given the uncertain definite situation which is maybe in doubt."

I agree the military needs to be stopped. I do not want however to nuke N. Korea. The people have it bad enough with starvation and brainwashing just to have us come along and wipe half of them out and decimate the country with nuclear fallout for years to come. We would then look like the bad guys in a per-emptive strike to many.

Besides, they have some of the cutest chicks around. I'd rather take some home and show them my American hospitality. Oh and my aunt is N. Korean. My uncle brought her back and married her over 30 years ago. She still has family there.

The official FedGov position going from "laugh and point" to suddenly a credible chance of nuke delivery means there has been a lot of lying going on or a lot of lying is going on now.

Either way the motives appear political which sux since we're talking about many millions (billions) of lives that could be lost.

So what happens now when the NK's launch a musadan test over Japan but now no one can know if its benign or has warhead. So called "testing" which is what I keep hearing in media seems to be a very serious provocation that could go out of control extremely quickly.

If I'm on recieving end of one of these tests I'm making no assumptions either I can shoot down or I'm launching retaliatory strke on launch detection. Not sure I'd even wait for that though if I knew they have missile capable warheads.

1st time I've ever called someone a troll.

I lived in Canada for about 6 months and saw MANY pleasently plump "McDonalds" women.

Is it possible they let this info fly accidentally on purpose in response to NK's whole little show of upsie-downsie earlier today? It seems to me that when NK does something, the US does something as well, almost like watching a game of chess unfold.

This is my opinion, I am human... I can be wrong.

South Korea casts doubt on N.Korea miniaturising nuclear warhead

www.trust.org...

SEOUL, April 12 (Reuters) - South Korea's defence ministry said on Friday it did not believe North Korea had succeeded in miniaturising a nuclear warhead for a missile, casting doubt over a fresh U.S. intelligence assessment of the reclusive state's nuclear capability.

"Our military's assessment is that the North has not yet miniaturised," ministry spokesman Kim Min-seok told a news briefing.

"North Korea has conducted three nuclear tests but there is doubt whether it is at the stage where they can reduce the weight and miniaturise to mount on a missile

From what I am gathering from all of this is just be prepared, WE don't really know what they could have. Or if this is all TALK. This is much different this time. All this for nothing? N.Korea is not as poor as we are lead to believe.
Just be ready. The thought of N.Koreans as a surprise attack hitting our shores and then they are all over the U.S. gosh and I don't have a GUN. That thought freaks me out.

Spoken by a true fit and trim Russian lady.

Don't tell me you have never had a hot N sloppy at McD's?

Who would of thunk it?

Anyhow, lets get this party started already. I think Fatboy Kim has already blinked by bringing them out, then bringing them in.

He knows that we will POP it out of the skies, then he will either have to PUT UP or SHUT UP.

Right Elenochka?

This could be more hype...

Remember the reason why we F'd up Iraq...similar lies as we found no WMD because Saddam sent them out of country already... Not saying he didn't, but that he compiled with what the UN told him he needed to do (when it came to WMDs).

Even while we bombed Iraq into a shock and awe, Kim-Jong Ill bragged he had WMDs. We did nothing because he didn't have oil fields...

Are we going to attack north Korea? No, south Korea will do what it must to thrive. They've wanted to silence the north since the ceasefire.. We'll just have to support the south because of the agreement.

China won't get involved due to the fact the USA and their corps enable them to thrive. Russia won't get involved due to the fact the world economy is dependent on the US dollar. North Korea has NOTHING to provide the world with...a unified Korea, a Capitalist, Dictatorship govt., is better than a cist of a country giving a bad image to socialistically Communist society...which has no problems incorporating capitalistic methods of world trade...as they can manipulate trade/currencies with ease.

When north Korea falls...the USD will be the next target. A silly push for a gold standard will deplete most of the world economy...as the countries with USD will request their cash to be paid into gold bullion.

The fiat monies used today was a fix to that...but what did our previous leaders really know right?

News nugget, the USA was one of the later countries to adopt fiat monies...well after Europe. We just used it to our advantage.

Please don't create new threads for propaganda which is released by the intelligence agencies at the behest of the Whitehouse to cover up whatever they're trying to cover up this time.

The US have been carrying out extensive military exercises using real, deliverable nuclear weapons (subs, stealth bombers, ICBMs) on and off the Korean peninsula for over a month. The DRNK have tested two weapons ever and *no one* has any idea if a new weapon could be mounted on anything at all.

This 'crisis' is invented. Stop helping them perpetuate it.

A sinister development... A pretext for a first strike of some sort, on North Korea.

Something akin to the justification used to invade Iraq.

The non existent " Weapons of mass destruction "

Aided by the Wests " Weapons of mass distraction " the media...

I find this more worrying than any of North Korea's rhetoric....

Why is it ok for the USA to do these tests thousands of miles away from home? Do you not think that is provocative? Can you imagine if Canada allowed North Korea to do these kinds of tests a few miles from major US cities?

The American invasion of Korea in the 50s killed 20% of the population. The US heavily occupies South Korea to this day and holds nuclear weapons in South Korea. Please try to gain some empathy, perspective or understanding of how propaganda works.
