Two 18 year olds killed in a car crash early Wednesday left a nearby house party in a cab, but used it to get to their own vehicle, according to friends.

As the group began leaving, friends who were there said a parent of the host offered to call — and pay for — cabs.

I had job that required driving from building to building. My boss would mess with her cellphone while driving. She'd be all over the road. I thought it was the stupidest thing ever.
