Human Rights in North Korea

Really the Kim family are a bunch of Nazis, not much different. Just that they have a control over a larger group of people, an entire country. Why cant the USA government just forcibly remove the ruling family?


I was just looking into the laws in North Korea and these ones stood out ------->

There is no right to free speech, only radio, television, and news providers that are deemed legal are those operated by the government.

Citizens cannot freely leave the country.

Foreigners are scrutinized and limited of what areas they can go into and what activities they can do in Korea.

Kim II-Sung is qouted as saying here "provide freedom and rights to hostile elements who oppose socialism or impure elements who act against the interests of the People".

Religion of choice cannot be practiced . And may result in punishment.

Disabled born babies are rapidly put to their death and buried after birth.

Underage prostition of children. Acceptable.

Forced abortion in many cases.

If found guilty of political offences, a whole family will be punished.

Re-education torture camps.

Should you wish to visit North Korea photographic restrictions and video cameras are not allowed in through customs.

Yes, when I said take them out. I meant anyway, arrest them ? Or just remove them? Or maybe to make war not with North Korea itself but with the family and those backing them who have the most power over its prisoners.. I mean people ?

Its one thing to have a law like that in place and theres another thing to enforce it. How does the US government monitor all their own convert groups to make sure this rule isnt broken? and how effective is this monitoring by the oversight regulator

Recently for example the US flew a Navy seal team into Pakistan and killed Osama, and whether he was the real Osama bin laden or not does not matter as it appears the intent of the US government was clearly to assassinate someone they thought was him.

So how would it be any different a scenario if they did the same thing with North Korean leader?

You mean how could it be verified? Well by not murdering them. But by holding them hostage.

I just find it shocking the inhumanity in THIS day and age. I mean North Koreans according to these laws are treated as sheep or cattle. Not as humans.

I did read recently that even China will not allow reincarnation unless people ask for the governments permission. This is just insanity.

So little freedom of thought. How can that be allowed... Its not as if its a whole country, its ONE RULING FAMILY or a bunch of elite greedy power mongers.

Well if you had read the actual document just a step further instead of stopping at what I pasted you would have seen this part:


3.1Congressional Oversight. The duties and responsibilities of the Director of Central Intelligence and the heads of other departments, agencies, and entities engaged in intelligence activities to cooperate with the Congress in the conduct of its responsibilities for oversight of intelligence activities shall be as provided in title 50, United States Code, section 413. The requirements of section 662 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended (22 U.S.C. 2422), and section 501 of the National Security Act of 1947, as amended (50 U.S.C. 413), shall apply to all special activities as defined in this Order.

Basically means that Congress officially has access to all the information in regards to any CIA operation to conduct oversight into what went on. Sure the President could claim Executive Priviledge but that usually starts a fight that never ends well in the media. Not assassinating someone is usually preferable to fighting a media war with Congress.

Oh well... The tides might turn. Heres hoping they do soon.

Also , the UN has an obligation to remove him. Just my view. Like they did Sadam and Osama.

Saudi Arabia is a country namend after the family that run it. The house of Saud. It has thousands of members that rule the country. The majority of the 9/11 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia. There is also a terrible human rights record.

What does the west do? Nada, nothing. Our Royal families are buddies.

If no one can enter the country freely who knows what happens there. They can only present a very beautiful view of the country to tourists and tourists there have whats called a "minder" someone who follows their every move.

But allowing the Kim family to have done what they have for all these years is making him stronger , a stronger dictator. And they probably have quite a few hardcore allies .

Same as Hitler he was underestimated. I think the same could happen with this ruling elite family in NK.

Honestly, it is lol... those who believe in reincarnation must ask permission from the government. In other words to them thoughts are like a business, they dont see people as having external opinions . Well we kinda knew that anyway. Just odd that they have to ask the state to be reincarnated
