From someone who has had dial-up for far too long and knows how much it sucks and hates being presented a youtube video without a synopsis, summary, or text companion, here it is transcribed:

His father wanted to breed giant rabbits to feed the population of NK. Compared to him Kim Jong Un is relatively sane! I imagine absolute power also highlights and magnifies one's own insecurities and foibles into ridiculous actuality. Stalin for example wanted to breed an army of half-human, half-ape super soldiers to replace his troublesome human armies who it seems were not impervious or indeed, plain awesome, enough for him.
