Has anyone confirmed that those are in fact the launchers in NK?

Those platforms look a lot like PAC-3 (Patriot) missiles

The Reuters feed is showing the PAC-3 launchers in Japan. I don't think anyone is showing live video of the North Korean launch site.

Those guys at the border must be getting tired walking back N forth all this time.

Because walking encourages you to pay a lot more attention to your surroundings. And you don't have noises around you cover up any unusual sounds that might give something away.

Got to wonder what is running through the North Korean young leaders head.This could be very very ugly if someone is attacked.

Bro, read the source you linked in the post. it says "A Japan Self-Defence Forces soldier stands near units of Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) missiles at the Defence Ministry in Tokyo." Those are/have been up and running on the East end of Tokyo for about 18 hours now. They are not the launchers from NKorea
