Correction: That would be Biden using sarcasm.
So, my friend, who is spreading the disinformation here?

Oh, so it's a Fox News hit piece?
So, so typical.
Call me when they put out something worth reading.
Used the Fox link because the next article would have taken up too much room on the forum index.

All I needed to see were the words "fox" and "news" to know that it was biased and full of pseudo-intellectual fluff written by "journalists" that flunked out of journalism itself.
Check and mate.
The peanut gallery is silent. I think it's safe to say that this thread is done and buried.
The Form 4473 contains name, address, date of birth, government-issued photo ID, National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) background check transaction number, make/model/serial number of the firearm, and a short federal affidavit stating that the purchaser is eligible to purchase firearms under federal law. Lying on this form is a felony and can be punished by up to five years in prison in addition to fines, even if the transaction is simply denied by the NICS, although prosecutions are rare in the absence of another felony committed with the gun purchased.

Maybe people will read this:
ATF form 4473 that gets filled out on every brick and mortar gun purchase:
The Form 4473 contains name, address, date of birth, government-issued photo ID, National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) background check transaction number, make/model/serial number of the firearm, and a short federal affidavit stating that the purchaser is eligible to purchase firearms under federal law. How about you PROVE that the background check system being proposed would keep tabs on all gun owners?? Instead of making this stupid thread? I call it stupid because it's emotional outrage, not anything that even tries to find out the facts.

I'm sorry but I'm giving this one to Biden.
The NRA doesn't represent a majority of gun owners. They are the lobby for the gun manufacturers and every single time a mass shooting breaks out, they win big because people go and empty the shelves of guns and ammunition in fear of a gun ban.
And Biden is right. The fear over a TOTAL GUN BAN is just that: PARANOIA.
You're forgetting that this is America, where such a ban would never stand for more than a day without a fight from the people.
Sometimes paranoia's just having all the facts.

How is it any different from getting a driver's license?
I don't understand what you're getting at here.
But I'll let you go back to aimlessly pimping this sham of a thread.
