I did a lot of (zooming in) on this photo and it is the back view of an (alien being) dressed in some human looking clothes; the arms and legs showing are not human.

The above is what I see in the photo; I may be wrong; but then again...perhaps not.

It doesn't appear to cast a shadow.

I call hoax.

It also looks like that dead kid from "The Ring".

I see a tail not a left arm,
like many have stated here

Anyone else think that could be a tail ?

Is this real?

Has anyone checked for shadows?

Can anyone enhance the image, maybe so we can see a face or something?

that doesnt look small at all and totally looks lie a human with crap on it maybe a rain jacket with hood or just a really crappy prank, either way i dont see "creature" i just see a man wearing something over top part of body plus these scaffolding must be at least 8ftx 8ft? with him maybe 20ft away?

Notice my first post before looking into the story...."i bet its ADG" and BAM i was right, he is an obvious troll with a very distinctive way of pushing his hoaxes. Always the same sort of bs picture with an equally bs story behind it....that can NEVER be verified because...they are lies

Its my opinion based on the evidence and my knowledge of image manipulation....and of course knowing that ADG is a downright liar.

Looks like Leatherface has kids.

Left arm seems curved unnaturally. For a human to have the same curve would require a second elbow. makes me think what is seen as a left arm is actually a tail. Could it be some kind of monkey or something?

It;s Captain Caveman. I mean really, if it's not of this world. The need some serious fashion help, the ability to traverse the comos.......But yet they dress in rags? Small kid in a costume.

It looks like a guy in a black poncho, or slicker jacket with hood walking away from the camera, possibly holding a flange for pipe fitting. in the zoomed photo, the object looks like a hoop, with the light shining through it .victaulic pipe flanges are circular like this.
