Project MK-DELTA (DEEP SLEEP), 1960, CIA:
Description -- Fine-tuned electromagnetic subliminal programming.
Targeting -- Long range.
Frequency range: VHF, HF, UHF, modulated at ELF. Tramsmission and reception through television and radio antennae, power lines, mattress spring coils, modulation of 60 Hz wiring.
Purpose: Programming behavior and attitudes in general population.
Effects: Fatigue, mood swings, behavior dysfunction and criminality.

Project PHOENIX II (MONTAUK), 1983, U.S.A.F., NSA:
Description -- Electronic multi-directional targeting of select population groups.
Targeting -- Medium range.
Frequency range: Radar, microwaves, EHF, UHF modulated with gigawatt through terawatt power.
Purpose: Loading of Earth grids, planetary sonombulescence to stave off geological activity, specific-point earthquake creation, population programming for sensitized individuals.
Pseudonym: "Rainbow," ZAP.

Project TRIDENT, 1989, ONR, NSA:
Description -- Electronic directed targeting of individuals or populations.
Targeting: Large population groups assembled.
Frequency range: VHF, HF, UHF, modulated at ELF. Local transmission and reception.
Purpose: Crowd dispersion and others.
Display: Black helicopters flying in triad formation.

If you notice, a good number of these are electromagnetic in nature, and represent the beginnings of research that led to the operational deployment of HAARP.

MOSCOW (Interfax) - The Russian State Duma has expressed concern about the USA's programme to develop a qualitatively new type of weapon.

The United States Air Force uses aerial mind-control broadcasts against

wow this is really weird i was just lying in my bed when i felt a beam peirce my mind.

it was a fluxuating high pitch frequency that shifted from higher to lower in my brain it was oddest most peculiar situation i have ever experienced.

For those of you thinking the thought of implants is just plain nuts think about it in a simpler way.

Thoughts in the brain a mearly bio electric impulses that connect to different areas of the brain at differnet frequencies that form a thought or function such as moving your arm or remembering something.

Radio waves are electronic impules that travel through the air at different frequencies to a reciever where they are reassembled to form sounds which then travel to the speaker.

Radio waves are easily broadcast over long distances, and if those distances get to great then sattelite signals are used instead.

Whats to keep someone from broadcasting brain waves? Just as long as they have a reciever?

I would think an implant in some test subjects that monitors brain electrical activity during various functions would give researchers data to attempt to recreate those impules in a laboratory and rebroadcast them to a reciever and get the same results.

Is there any evidence to prove that haarp is a mind control weapon. Does anyone actually know what haarp's real use is, i hear alsorts of storys about it been a mind control device, weather modification device etc.

haarp was the initial research program, now they have probably integrated it into some form of beam weaponry. hence thats why i felt it shooting through my house....

This kind of stuff has been happening a lot in the past week or so. I have had this kind of thing "pass through" my brain, but as I was half-asleep I didn't have the presence of mind to observe it properly vis a vis the frequency, source and purpose (if any).

This is some crazy things;;

If it is out were people can find it then it ment to be a plant. You can bet your paycheck they are playing with all kinds of things to play with your minds I do know that if it is ATS you are not going to see it on the net.
By the time you do get word about it, it's to late. Some of this stuff I could see some use for and others I do not. I would not mind them coming by my house with a mind thing to make stress go away. and that's just day to day life.

I'm not sure how long I have left to live, apart from the fact that I am recieving/transmitting signals through my brain to a government agency.

They are trying to prove that I am an evil person, but they are bombarding me with information, constantly asking me questions about passwords, my past. But the maddest thing is that they can actually make
me believe things for a short period of time (brainwashing).

I think my mind is being read through a series of satellites based around my country. The voices that I recieve through my head are of goverment voices and also close family members. Im not sure if actors are involved or my family/friends.

I can only tell you that it has started from a couple of years ago (2004+) and has been monitoring my brainwaves ever since.

If such a technology exists (and I believe it does) what would be the point of using it on the general public? One has to consider that such equipment and resources/personell needed would be cost prohibitive for general use. There's the cost of manufacturing the device, implanting the device, monitoring the device, training people to manufacture, implant and monitor. For each individuals thoughts to be monitored and controlled would require another individual to do it. That's a 1:1 ratio of personel. Very inefficient.

Now, if a device could be made that would have a carrier wave attached and that could be broadcast over a large population to give general commands, that would be more cost effective. HAARP is probably that device but it's so well-guarded that conflicting information is all we ever get about it.

For the majority of people, such devices as implants would be unnecessary to a controlling elite. Only the intellectuals, top scientists, politicians, etc. would need that level of control. The rest of us will just be expected to fall in line with little resistance and vocalizing our displeasure or mounting armed resistance will be easily and swiftly thwarted.

I'm always suspect of 20 something year olds saying they hear voices/commands. This is the age range in which schizophrenia kicks in. That said, perhaps many cases of diagnosed schizophrenia are a result of EM weapons. True schizophrenia is a biological condition and can be diagnosed by objective urine testing. Certain crystals form in the urine of schizophrenics but I have seen many people diagnosed with this disease who have never had their urine tested. Their diagnosis is based on clinical symptoms only. This may be a mistake. I suppose it's even possible to be truly schizophrenic AND have EM induced voices/commands. What a nightmare.

For anyone who believes they are the victim of implants/mind control, there are websites that offer to test for these things and to remove or block the impulses. Extreme caution is recommended as well as common sense in seeking such services.

1952. No transistors. Vacuum tubes. Implanted in teeth.

Technical stuff:
HF-ELF. Meaning 300 KHz to 30 MHz. Thats 300,000 cycles per second to 30,000,000 cycles per second radio waves. Radio waves travel at the speed of light, which we round up to 300,000 kilometers per second.

Radio waves are sine waves ( Google that one, I don't have all day for this ). The length of these waves can be calculated from the distance they travel divided by how often they occur.

300 / Frequency in MHZ = wavelength

300 / 30 MHz = 10 meters
300 / .3 MHz = 1000 meters.

Antennas develop maximum voltage at 1/2 wavelength. An antenna for 10 meters needs to be 5 meters long. Meter = 39.37 inches. Round that up to 40 because this isn't math class. 5 X 40 = 200 inches = 16 feet 8 inches.
An antenna for 1000 meters would be 500 meters long. 555 yards.
