What is so bad about Agenda 21?

The worst part is the whole carbon issue.

Every country would be given carbon points that are deducted as carbon emissions are produced. What that means is that for every point over money has to be paid. What that means for you is that if you go over your limit set by your energy provider then you pay up the ass.

Seems benign? Well how do they know how much you go over your limit to ascribe debt to your name? They monitor everything you do. Smart meters would be installed in every home that measure how many lamps you have on, how many blenders Everything. Check points would monitor the distance you travel. Not too long ago there was a senator that wanted to tax bicycling due to the carbon emitted by the cyclist. The points limit would be lower for most people then you think. So you couldn't afford a home, car, too much technology, leaving your home or place of work...ect.. because you can't afford the taxes.

So most Middle class families wouldn't exist past a year while very wealthy families will after it is implemented in full. That is why it is being implemented little by little to slowly kill the middle class over time so no one notices.

We would all live in low point consumption apartments like roaches in ghettos where they will be constructed.
Factories would be built near by to reduce travel time and so carbon emision points consumption. Hell living on site where you work would seem appealing since you may be able to run home heating a little longer and maybe a lamp or two without going over your limit since you no longer have to travel to work and be taxed on that commute.

How do you know it will be ghettos?

Well MOST of the US will be divided into uninhabitable zones where no one can live. Only habitable zones will allow for towns to be built. They are very small and not connected. Look at Agenda 21 maps.

So there will be isolated zones with security up the ass that wont allow you to travel to another zone without a permit.

that means local economies will be utterly controlled. You can't buy what isn't brought to your zone and so everything will be priced by corporations at their discretion.

If you could afford to buy things like a car or a computer then you still couldn't use them since going over your carbon emissions would be HEAVILY taxed.

What is this carbon market people talk about?
A highly speculative market based on carbon point consumption by people. People would essentially be placing bets on how much you go over your points and how much extra taxes you have to pay.

So brokers will do everything to convince corporations and the government to MAKE you go over your points. It would mean big money for them. Like wall street on super soldier steroids.

The carbon market is a speculative market that NEEDS you to be too poor to pay your taxes and needs for you to stay poor so it can make money off your poverty in order to exist.

Like a combo of "hunger games" and "In time"

That is normal to you?

Ultra rich living like sultans and debt slaves divided into manufacturing ghetto zones like cattle in fences?
No middle class and all powerful speculative market driving every facet of your life to make money off you monitoring everything you do?

Why do you think David Rosthchild is such a huge proponent? The Rosthchilds are benign altruistic good people?

Agenda 21 is not designed to help us. It is designed for the elite to help themselves to us.

here is a thread with some good resources,

Look at this map of projected Agenda 21 goals. It is basically a land prison. You cant TOUCH the red part and all movement and activity in the yellow needs a permit.

Excellent description of Agenda 21 which, on the surface, appears very benign. If you look at how the average Chinese factory worker lives that is your future on Agenda 21 unless of course you're rich - which means the bioreserve playgrounds like all our National Parks will be yours to enjoy without competing with throngs of peasants in their minivans.
It all matches what the Georgia Guidestones have to say: maximum population, room for nature, etc. It will create a paradise of Earth for a very select few.

Exactly. Tax the people in the country/suburbs until they have to move to large cities and submit to corporate slavery run by government. Stop maintaining the roads leading to your suburb home, tax every mile you drive to the suburbs. What they tell you and what they will do are two different things altogether.

I was under the impression Agenda 21 is non binding and voluntary. Countries have their own selfish vested interests, so I doubt many have signed up and implemented any of these ideas.

“This United Nations Agenda 21 plan of radical so-called ‘sustainable development’ views the American way of life of private property ownership, single family homes, private car ownership and individual travel choices, and privately owned farms all as destructive to the environment,” the South Dakota resolution continues, citing UN documents. “According to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy, social justice is described as the right and opportunity of all people to benefit equally from the resources afforded them by society and the environment which would be accomplished by socialistic redistribution of wealth.”

If the UN gets its way forget about freedoms. Want to plant a flower in your yard? Better have the right permit or there will be hell to pay. They want everyone stacked and packed, living in mega cities.Monsanto will be the only mega company allowed to grow food.

I had a look at the official document and to be honest, the lawyers turned black into white. They managed to interpret things so differently.

1) Agenda 21 is non-binding and does not supercede the law. Governments are still in charge
2)The citation used about social justice does not exist.

Consideration should also be given to the present concepts of economic growth and the need for
new concepts of wealth and prosperity which allow higher standards of living through changed
lifestyles and are less dependent on the Earth's finite resources and more in harmony with the Earth's carrying capacity. This should be reflected in the evolution of new systems of national accounts and
other indicators of sustainable development.
I would not be surprised if that was the sentence in the first place.

Nothing is said about socialistic or fully equal economy. Simply it is suggested that countries tried to reduce the wealth gap.

3) Private poperty ownership is still allowed, nothing stops it. What is suggest is that people should not be able do whatever they want with their land in the sense that a perfectly productive land would not be turned into a wasteland or condo complex. When someone owns a forest on a perfectly good land, they should not simply cut it down and leave it into wasteland. Due to extremely inefficient use of different farmlands, extremely amounts of productive land are wasted by using too much pesticides, overusing the land.

4) Organic farming is promoted, so the small farm ban is a myth, simply attitude is promoted that people should not be able to turn a perfectly good land into a wasteland simply because they own it. People should think more on the future. Due to increasing population, soon we will need more food and if you think logically, it would hard to achieve, if all the previously good land was wasted and can not be even used for agriculture anymore... simply because somebody wanted to get maximum amount of money out of their lanned. Overally it is promoted to not use pesiticides at all.

5) It does not say anything about banning cars. It simply promotes countries to ensure better public transport, providing ways for non-motorised transport (bicycle roads, pedestrian roads), so that in big cities less people would drive cars. We do not want a situation, like some big cities already have, that people wear masks in big cities due to traffic amount being so large and the air so polluted. It also suggest countries promoting transportational awareness, so that people would think before travelling. One mile trip with car or buying a Hummer for transportation in NYC is simply inefficient and stupidity. It will never banned, although people should be taught better at schools about their environmental actions and that such attitude would not be considered normal.Nothing will be banned. I personally do not care whether it is CO2 or some other gas coming from cars, it is a fact that the higher the traffic, the more fuc*ed up the air will be.Overally schooling people to be environmentally friendly, so they would not overconsume and do whatever they want without thinking on consequences. There will always be idiots who think so, although strong education lessens the amount of such people.

6) Nothing is said about losing private single-family homes...

I read over hundred pages of the document. So far, I have seen nothing that does not make sense and does not meet the objectives mentioned in the OP. Agenda 21 being mad is a myth.

When looking at official objectives in Wiki, I see nothing wrong these:

Well, there is your problem. Stated objectives very rarely have anything to do with the actual purpose of new laws, programs and agendas enacted by the government do they?

For example,

Drones are for terrorists overseas. Stated objective sounded great, reality of the program, no so much.

Red light cameras are for public safety. Stated objective sounded great. reality of the program is that no statistics show that safety is changed and they were designed, implemented and used as an additional form of revenue.

TSA implementation after 9/11 - Stated objective sounded great, protect our country from terrorists. Reality of the program is that it costs 8 billion dollars a year to run and the only thing they have caught in 10 years is a lot of criticism for harassing the elderly, disabled and young and catching a grand total of 0 terrorists.

And they wan't to expand this program to train stations, bus stations and highways! I feel safer already.........

For profit prisons, I don't even think I have to explain this but guess what? The stated objective sounds harmless!

I could go on and on and on but the point is, use critical thinking to assess what you think the chances for abuse of the laws are. Give yourself the knowledge of history to find similar laws or other laws that seemed harmless or for a good stated cause and investigate whether those were abused for another purpose.

Finally, consider this. Almost every single law enacted by the Patriot Act after 9/11 that was stated to be a defense measure for America to protect itself from radical foreign terrorists is being abused and used against ordinary American citizens in just about every way possible.

No ask yourself, knowing all of this, does it seem "paranoid" to not want federal agents with God like power to rule over your house, garden and property with an iron fist without any chance of recourse against them?

Please use facts, not myths...

WHY is it important to anyone else that you personally have proof of anything at all?

Why do I care if you have proof that Agenda 21 exists?

You seem to imply that it is others who need to prove to you, when in fact it is you that need to prove to yourself.

Do not ask for proof, you will never get it, EVER.

Don't expect others to show you something you cannot comprehend yet as that is impossible.

You might as well ask for proof of Gods existence.

Proof must be experienced PERSONALLY.

Even more to the point, why is this even relevant to you at all?

What difference would it actually make in your life to have "proof?"

Evidence and proof will NEVER benefit a person whose eyes are closed to the truth.

We have been "programmed" to believe LIES our entire lives...

The majority of what most of us believe is a LIE and those lies have effectively BLINDED the vast majority of people in the world.

Without understanding this you are GOING to struggle to make any sense out of all this.

What you need to understand is that proof DOES exist.

The problem isn't with a lack of proof.

HERE is the problem:

“Nothing is as it appears to be.” ~ Robert Booth Nichols

"We will know that we have succeeded when everything the public believes is false."
- William J. Casey

The majority of what most of us believe is a LIE.

Until you come face to face with REALITY and understand that everything you know is a lie, you will NEVER be entirely convinced of the truth.

The proof is right in front of your face.

You just haven't learned to recognize it yet.

The key is in learning to discern between truth and lies.

Until you do that, you are wasting your time.

The truth IS out there but it's deliberately hidden under a mountain of lies.

You can't absolutely "prove" anything.

You can't prove that the external world outside of your mind is real.

You can't prove that the universe wasn't created 2 days ago with the appearance of age.

You can't prove ANYTHING...

I agree. Proving most things out there is nearly impossible and the real world is often different from our beliefs.

Although, everything we believe in has a reason. We would not believe in something, if there was nothing "proving" it at least to us. There is a "proof" behind everything we believe in.

I know many conspiracy theories are hoax from personal experience, for example the media manipulation one. Media is not meant to brainwash us into believing in something, in politics though it can often influence the judgements of people. I know that the news are not spoon-fed to us. How? I know too many people working in different media outlets. I know where they take their sources, whether they are censored or not. I could easily publish articles myself in the local news portals, anybody can round here. I know people who write scripts for local TV-shows, people who have produced movies, made music videos. There is no conspiracy in that thing, everything is simply about money. The only thing that matters is that the article, show, movie would sell without no other motive behind it usually.

I was interested in the whole Agenda 21 theme, as it pops up often in ATS. Although when I searched for it, I found nothing but assumptions. That is why I made this thread. I wanted to understand, why many people believe in it. I wanted them to explain why they believe in it, as nearly nobody does explain themselves in internet. Many here have probably researched about it a lot, probably even read the whole document and when they still believe in it, there must be reasons for it, right?

That is simply who I am. If I make an argument, I always try to explain the reasons behind it and I also expect it from others. Many people make claims and arguments without explaining themselves, especially in internet. I have always been fascinated in human psychology and beliefs, especially the reasons behind the beliefs. As coming from the most atheistic society in the world, I always find it interesting to see why people believe in God, why? Why people believe in certain conspiracy theories? Is it simply fear or can there truly be something behind it?

If somebody can not explain why they believe in something (even person experience is a reason), there is a high likelyhood that they themselves have been brainwashed.

I find it funny how the supporters of bigger government / globalists don't have any issues with Agenda 21.

Yes, they are going to come right out and say "We are going to kill most of you"

It is called reading between the lines. Do you have to have everything spelled out for you?

I guess this one does. So you have never had someone try to sell you some garbage but they try and make it sound like it is one of the best things since sliced bread?

The UN website contains all of the info you should need. They don't try to hide it and they don't cut it down to the little ideas that make it all sound like a WONDERFUL idea. I read this document about 7 years ago now and it was incredibly eye opening. Here is a link. Enjoy!

This is what agenda 21 is

posted on Apr, 6 2013 @ 01:11 PM
Is it equality AND FREEDOM? Does it give all their rights at birth on this planet, free land and resources and abilities to chose what they wish to work at and accomplish, and not be slaves, or does it secure the land and resources for the very few elite who have destroyed and poisoned it for their profits and control, while moving the 'slaves" to tiny little slave box's in cities?

Does it promote freedom and organic heritage foods and eco farms or farms for all on earth with earthship homes and self contained energy systems and aquaponics and in short abundance, or does it take people off the land?

Is it this, or is it slavery?
No Matter What Your Politics, Why Is Anyone Living In Poverty?

Does it enact even more laws and control, and attempt to wrestle the freedom to take nutrients, vitamins and bypass big pharma, and eat truly healthy without poverty, without forced slavery?

It seems to me its just one more illegal document with signature admissions of guilt.

Anything that violates basic common law of thou shalt not harm and tries to enslave people or reduce their infinite rights, is a CRIME.

All you have to do is read Agenda 21 right from the UN in their own words. It about UN control of everything. No more sovereign countries with their own laws, everything, water rights, land rights, consumption rights, manufacturing will all be consolidated into the UN s. hands.
