Yes, because the normal launch trajectory will put it on an orbit that takes it over the US on a daily basis, just like their last launch.

Considering their threats, and the test they have already conducted, it is getting a bit past the point where you can let them send unknown objects above your head.

I certainly hope the navies are ready with the anti missile hardware.

You forgot to add that the Navy could send a few cruise missiles into the Little Fat Guys backyard after they have eliminated the current threat of a rocket attack.

It would have ended before it started IMHO.
