Have anyone else on here ever tried Muscle Milk?

It is the bomb! That's all I will say. You'll just have to try it and find out for your own. The chocolate one is the best.

Although you said that this is all that you will say WarJohn i do have a question for you as a personal user of this drink

Do you use this as a drink for dietary purposes or for sports?

Thanks for your response

It is alright, there are better tasting more natural choices out there. It wouldn't be a drink I would choose to enjoy outside of a post workout supplement. For those health conscious people this product does contain artificial flavors as well as Acesulfame.

The banana creme one is my fav.

Good post work out drink. Good low glycemic carbs that'll help you get through the rest of your day.. It has plenty of vitamins too.
Also great for a mid day meal replacement.

When I was on 3rd shift at the hospital I used to spend an hour each night working out then I would go to the vending machine and buy a chocolate Muscle Milk. I can confirm it is the bomb. Maybe not the healthiest of ingredients, but man was it ever convenient and nourishing!

I used to drink 2 everyday, its a post workout protein supplement. Its really good if you are seriously hitting the gym cause it does have alot of calories. One bad thing is that it gives you cramps and horrible smelly gas, everyone I know get gas from it.

Muscle milk is fantastic. Ive been using it for years. The way that it mimics breast mild makes it absorb better.

I prefer the powder to the premixed though.

My preferred drink is either Single Malt 15 or 18 years old; or half rum, half tequilla. Neither drink should have more than two ice cubes (or it's equivalent in water for the scotch).

Ok, it's not Muscle Milk, but I thought the thread needed some variety.

I used to drink it all the time. Then I came across an article by Consumer Reports that listed Muscle Milk as having a higher than normal level of heavy metal contaminants in their product. Needless to say I no longer consume it. It is tasty but in the grand scheme of things not very good for your body. Here's the link:

Ice cubes or water in Whisky (especially 15 or 18 years!!!) What a sacrilege!

NO way...

If someone offers me whisky with ice i will go for the Muscle milk anyday!

Dear Rodinus,

I might be a lowlife scum who beats children, I may spread anthrax, or kick my mother. I could see rooting for a French football team, but never ice in Scotch. How evil and perverted do you think I am? Please reread:

My preferred drink is either Single Malt 15 or 18 years old; or half rum, half tequilla. Neither drink should have more than two ice cubes (or it's equivalent in water for the scotch).
The ice goes in the tequilla/rum drink. The equivalent amount of water goes in the Scotch.

With respect,
Charles1952

P.s. Dear NSA, I don't actually do any of the things mentioned in the post. It's humor, not a confession. - C -
