In reality, there is, as you stated, a system in place. There is a list here, that, as far as I can recall, seems to be accurate (sorry it's wiki):

Now, if a lot of those were taken, or killed, there would indeed be a real mess. That's unlikely, though, since they don't all seem to be in the same place most of the time. The movie Air Force One did a better job of handling the issue. Unease, sure. Total chaos? Not likely.

There is no way to know how many of the Obami there are. I've seen LOOK ALIKES, CLONES, and lord only knows what else there is. Key to knowing what to look for. Just watch Micheles reactions to THEM. Mostly, I avoid watching any news clips - the talking alone can give one a headache, so I think I have missed something.....share???
