This shows the enemy planting an IED then 24 hours later U.S. soldier ride onto it.

They should have been told. Makes you wonder if the Gov planned this.

Why would you think the government planned this?

Isn't it more likely there was a lack of oversight and communication?

Do you really think our government is sending troops overseas just to covertly wipe them out?

Unfortunately these things do happen. When I was in Iraq we were called out to help control a suspected IED site, only to be given the IED's coordinates as our rendezvous point. We came out and parked right on top of the suspected IED, but luckily for us all it was just random electronic junk.

I'm not saying that is what happened in the video, but it is possible. Mistakes happen and people pay with their lives. I would think that it is more likely to have been a communication failure somewhere along the line, rather than a deliberate attempt to kill our own military members.
