*Que dreamy music and foggy, glamour shot lighting.* ... The Lion King

When we moved 9 years ago, we weren't very organized at packing. This didn't seem like such a big deal until we realized we didn't have cable or internet and had absolutely no clue where even a single dvd was. We managed to find an old VHS of The Lion King and somehow we still owned a VCR that hadn't seen the light of day in roughly a century. Needless to say, my sister and I played that movie on loop for DAYS until we found everything else.

By that time, we could quote the movie. We even had the voices down. We could have auditioned for the broadway show and they would have fired the entire cast and crew and made it a two woman production. It was pretty spectacular.

Sigh...I mean, *clears throat* Now that I'm an adult... probably Snatch or The Outsiders. Snatch is just one of the greatest movies made and I've read The Outsiders only about 15 times and watched the movie at least double that.

...although to be honest, I still watch The Lion King as an adult...and I still cry.

Tricky one, probably a toss up between : Young Frankenstein, Oh Mr Porter, Bladerunner (the version without the "helpful" voice over for US audiences !) and Start Trek ; First Contact.

Bet Oh Mr Porter will have some folks puzzled
, funny as f...

I have literally watched that movie 3 times in one day. I think it is one of Scorsese's greatest films.

The Breakfast Club. Not my favorite movie or anything, but I know I have watched it many times.

Star Wars, a new hope I know is up there too, and maybe top's Breakfast Club. Oh, and the 80's Pachino Scarface movie as well. ~$heopleNation
