Hope when you return you see this. Maybe you can tell me if there is anything you see relating to the number 4? I feel it has significance to me but I don't know why. If you can tell me if my current state will change?

It's talking about a person who is loaded with enthusiasm in regards to you healing. As a hint who this is, it's a person who can yell at you one minute and then hug you the next.

Then it gives a warning that there is someone you shouldn't waste your time and energy on because they aren't on your level.

It says you are going to quit after spending a lot of time devoted on something... Make sure you really enjoy working on cars before you dive in, and the same goes for any other program you might do.

What/who/why is the reason I have been seemingly cursed with all these misfortunes after getting a degree?

The first thing that jumps out is something in regards to the principle of detachment. Strangely, it's saying that you can care about things and be attached, as long as it's moderate and fair or as long as you are not dictated or defined by their existence.

In regards to your misfortunes....

Surprisingly, it's saying a person is responsible for those misfortunes. He/she is someone who can communicate ideas successfully, he/she has a lot of knowledge and a solid reputation, some sort of an adviser.

It says no, but remember that's not set in stone... You might have to honor the mortgage. But, at the same time it's saying there are things you can learn to offset the path, there might even be a group who can help you.

Wow this is really nice of you to be doing for an online community. I've been having a strong inclination to go back to my place of birth for some reason I'm getting a vibe that ill be needed there but for economic reasons its been hard for me to make the move so my question is:
