I don't like that is says reckless either...and "unprotected sex" wouldn't apply to me. Another question perhaps? (no problem if you're too busy). As far as my health - what can I be doing to rectify the situation?

Can you tell me who she is or what her purpose might be?

Are you currently in a relationship? It says there are three people involved.

It says, she was your partner (I'm guessing in another life?) and that she's having a hard time letting you go, she can't leave you, it's too painful.

I am in a relationship (1)
I have been living with another woman for about 3 years and that is about to end. Though that was never more than a friendship (2)

Thats close (possibly more accurate than I realize?) but I was referencing how lights often turn off around me at random which has happened as long as I remember, it used to scare me at a young age. I assume it is some attempt at communication or something. I have heard my name said with a faint female voice when no one else was around to say it though far less often.

I have been searching for some answers for a long time in regards to this...especially when it comes to communicating with her. Not sure if you can help more? Would be awesome if you can.
