I already asked a question and seeing how busy you are i hate to ask, but if you do manage to get time, can i ask about my mothers health and where that will go to? is it what we think it is?

I wouldn't normally bother someone like this but it's quite a worry for us atm.

If you can't find the time, please don't worry i understand completely

But just to point out first that you say 'based on the question you asked' which technically was not the question I had asked so the answer will still be irrelevent to me on a personal level ... in the same way that if you did a reading for someone and found out afterwards that one of the cards in the deck had fallen out unnoticed during the shuffle ... the whole reading would be void because of the missing card. In this case if you had asked the intended question then it may have been two different cards that revealed themselves !

My general translation of the two cards you drew;

10 Cups (reversed) - (the cup suit represents relationships / emotions) ...
To me this card when it's reversed would indicate potential problems in the home or relationships (as you implied) but it can also show-up when children are leaving home (eg; going off to college or getting married etc).
But I also find that this card reversed makes itself known when someones dream may be dying in order to make way for a new phase / dream that will better serve the querent even if this is not initially recognized.

10 Pentacles (divinatory) - (the pentacle suit represents the practicle / financial) ...
This card in the upright position often indicates an element of prosperity but we have to remember when translating the card for the querent that 'prosperity' can come in many forms and does not automatically imply 'money' in the literal sense (I always feel it's important to point this kind of thing out to a client otherwise it can be misleading) ... it can also indicate some kind of legacy or investment.
But for me (and I believe more importantly) it can indicate a timely reminder that even difficult circumstances can carry hidden benefits(eg; even the most negative situation can teach the querent something positive and strength-giving to take into their future with them etc) ... I have also found that this card in the upright position offers the querent a chance to count their blessings after a stressful time in their life and realize 'all is not lost'.
