the uber wealthy offshore earnings and the corps take tax money for themselves,
they are going out of their way to screw the rest of the population,

they are going out of their way to do these things,

please explain how the poor are going out of their way to be poor?

I like redistribution of wealth provided it actually took from the billionares and trillionares

I don't there are no "trillionaires" that I know of and billionaires around 400 in the Us.

Those terms are meaningless.

the poor are only guilty of being poor,

the rich are guilty of gaming the tax system.

its a pretty simple argument to grasp

one group has to physically go out of their way to hurt the economy,
the other is poor and cant game the system,

you choose to blame the powerless and over look the real problem,

and you CHOOSE to do so

The royal families of the world, the rockefellers, the rothschilds, the duponts, the vanderbilts and the 400 billionares account for HUNDREDS OF TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS parked in offshore bank accounts UNTOUCHABLE by anyone.

You can't be that gullible??

Every dollar ever printed, every euro ever printed....where is it? Why are poor people poor?

There is no "argument" here Gee I wonder who is gaming the system considering the poor do not pay income tax as established earlier in the thread when they have zero tax liability.

They get trillions in tax credits, and loopholes like evil business does they have trillions spent on them via education, housing, healthcare etc (all corporate products)

the exact same thing could be said for big businesses,

and the wealthy are avoiding taxes by off shoring trillions,

for ever argument you have to demonize the poor,
the rich and corps are guilty of the same or worse,

thing is the POOR HAVE NO CHOICE

you are will fully ignoring the truth

the wealthy CHOOSE what they do,
the poor HAVE NO CHOICE

yet you blame the poor,

why disadvantage your fellow Americans to benefit the rich and the corps?

why do you hate Americans and love multinationals?

Correct. They don't have to. The loopholes allow them to offshore at will. But I don't have to be happy about it nor do I have to be quiet about it. America is sinking, europe is sinking but everyone is too happy to point to "socialism" as the reason.

People who blame socialism don't know the first thing about it. They don't know anything about politics or economics for that matter. They just parrot talking points from television and the newspaper and mislead everyone.

How can anyone be happy about some folks hoarding obscene wealth and natural resources for themselves and their cronies, then look the other way and blame the wrong people? I guess they are part of the conspiracy or just plain stupid.

False hood contrary to popular dogma they make the bulk of their wealth offshore hence it is untouchable.

BS !

EVERYONE has a choice. I know plenty of poorer people that have went from rags to riches by hard work and sacrifice. I know well off people that have lost everything, due to bad decisions, or just plain bad luck. I know some people that sit on their hands, and cry "why me". Your claims of some members "hating" people are unwarranted, and shall I say, weak.......

You have no clue, sorry to say.

EVERYONE has a choice.

Of course you can't tax business transactions outside of america. If profit is made in china, then china should tax it. If it is made in vietnam then vietnameese government should tax that profit. You can only tax profit and deduct loses where the transactions happen.

But I was talking about tax haven deposits, where people take their suitcases full of hundred dollar bills and head for the caymen islands. Or the narcotics trade or the illegal weapons trade where setting up a dummy corporation and use that to launder money into legitimate operations.

Regardless it is very difficult to trace old money. These folks have done their homework and paid off enough people to keep their mouths shut perpetually. Most are probably high ranking masons anyway!

no wage increases for the past ten years for wage earners,

record profits for the corps,

again you over look the cause and hate on the poor WHY?

record unemployment due to off shoring of jobs by big corps,

they CHOOSE to do this,

the poor had no choice in watching their jobs being shipped to china,
DID THEY?

you quote me out of context,

did the people whose jobs were off shored to china have a choice?

you have more chances of rising above the class you were born into in cuba than in the us

trickle down jobs are a lie

You don't buy and sell Capital Gains. Capital gains are the profit you make from a Capital Venture. If you make money you pay tax on the profits. If you sell stocks at profit and not a loss, you pay Capital Gains on the income.

Perhaps your Day Trader friend doesn't know any more about what he's doing than you do.

Please don't talk about austerity when some of these people figured out how to work the system, for instance women who keep having babies for the welfare payments, and never marry the daddy so they can receive govt assistance.

Please stop making these people out to be mere victims of the evil rich people.
