lies all lies, its some stupid fashion award on a cover of a magazine.

We know. But depicted wearing a crown? What kind of message is that sending?

Does the magazine consider her royalty?

Or does she consider herself royalty?

I'm not upset - just taking a deep breath and feeling the animosity sent toward the First Lady. She grows organic vegetables, promotes good health and exercise. Really good reasons to condemn and cast aspersions at her.
...and Kim-jon-il had a unicorn ,knew each and everyone's name that lived in in north korea ,graduated on every notable graduation there is, was in direct contact with the creator and .. !!11 .....

Its true , it was in North korea's newspapers.

beezer, come on. Why would you say "does she consider herself royalty?" when she has nothing to do with this conceptual "art" piece? Do you honestly believe the magazine considers her royalty? Have you never seen other depictions like this? This is really silly and another excuse to attack her...she has NOTHING to do with this...

I think it a legitimate question based on her actions for the past 5 years. And how do you know she had nothing to do with it?

Do you honestly believe the magazine considers her royalty?

Obviously.

Have you never seen other depictions like this?

No. Have you? Especially with first ladies?

Nope. I feel it a legit conspiracy topic.

I first caught the story from a snippet from CNN, the I looked up the stamp depiction. As just herself? Not a real story.

Since she was depicted as royalty, I thought it merited a thread.

Oh my. Do you typically follow the fashion magaizines? Now truly they are paragons for making important statements (not).

I guess you need to start a thread on Victoria Beckham and Kate Moss and someone named Tinie Tempah...

royatly of FASHION decided by FASHION editors

The esteemed know it alls PICKED her, aka she had nothing to do with it. At least she didn't pose, like some people, as Jesus.

No.
They aren't paragons for important statements, but they do reflect current trends, do they not?

Criminey, you've made me look at fashion magazines. There is plenty, and I ain't going to go through the pain to post it, of this type of thing from Nancy Regan to Laura Bush ($8,500 Oscar de la Renta gowns). Please for the love of God don't post more fashion editor choices as legitamate conspiracies...

Agreed. Fashion magazines and those who feel they are important or have anything worthy of saying are just that.

Here's one that probably fits your style better.

The magazines I enjoy usually have you colouring within the lines.

But thanks all the same.

Beezer, step back. Admit this is stretching it. There is no conspiracy. You don't like her and some lame brained fashion editors picked her for their "fashion royalty" spread. That's it.

"Highlights" is a good choice for coloring within the lines.

Tell you what.

I did a search and could find no other first lady depicted as a queen with a crown.

You find another fashion mag that had a past first lady depicted in a similar fashion and I will concede the point.

Fair?
