another dream prophecy?

I had another night terror last night... At least you remember your dreams.. I wake up screaming in total fear... With no real recolection of why... But there is more to this...
This really freaked me out...

My last night terror before this one... 
This gives me chills just thinking about it..

I woke up near Easter just like this one...
I was so scared it....was worse than all the others..
I woke up knowing that this night terror was the most terrorfying ever ... I woke up with scratches going down my face...not real deep but some had a little blood coming out..
I don't know If I scrached myself or my wife did reaching over to me... I think I may have done it to myself... I was freaking out. 
Ok this is where it gets wierd.
I was watching Rick Steves Europe the next day. 
And oh my god ... He was at st. Johns temple.... Way down where most visitors don't even ge to go.... And what to they show???.... A 13th century fresco with a group of angels flying twords Jesus .... When this one angel sees Jesus on the cross dead... She is scrathing her face ... Just like my face was scratched.....

I was tripping out to say the least.. My jaw dropped...

Mind you it was the same day... That morning I had the worst terror ever.

That was a great read...

On the other hand, i have doom and gloom dreams all the time with that same feeling of deep down you know this has to mean more than just a regular dream. (Un)Fortunately, so far none of them have happened so let's hope yours won't either!

Honest to god, last night i had a dream that i was in a dark cold place and i saw a really big old house in the middle of nowhere so i walked into it and when i entered one of the rooms Jason and the guy from Texas Chainsaw Massacre were standing right there just staring into my soul. Instead of getting freaked out like i should have, i wasn't scared at all and i walked up to them and fist bumped them both. Then woke up right after that.......dreams are strange

50,000,000 people would say to themselves "Crap,back on the clock..." and walk towards the fighting with our guns. Hope they don't have a lot of air cover that might take a while..

Im not here to bs anyone and havent posted many replies since i have been aprat of ATS but I have had this dream.
Not saying it means anything but as i read your thread it all began to come back. The fear, the amazment and the pure gut wrenching feeling of no escape.

It started early in the morning and i was fixing breakfast and it started. Giant, guess you could call them helicopters, began to desend on my town. I looked at my neighbors and they just stood there watching, I however did not. I wish i had gotten a better look at the vehicles but i have always been very keen on the good and bad so i went into survival mode. I remember the black or dark camo units coming out of the heli's and watched as they grabbed my neighbors or shot them down. They were telling all of us to be calm and that this would not take long.
I knew we only had a small chance but i grabed a back pack of water and food and my 1 yr old daughter. I told my wife to stay in front of me and run to our hunting spot a couple miles into the forrest.

I AM NOT making this up and like i said have know idea what it might mean. I just remember the terriable feeling of the end of our american lives. The people leaving the heli's were geared to the teeth and were entering house after house. I only watched the heli's start there decendent but did not see them land. I would only catch a glimps every now and again as i ran for cover. They were not friendly and were very accurate in all of their movments.

I woke up to myself being shot by one of these units trying to give my wife and daughter time to enter the forres and hunting camp. I was completly overpowered and could not do anything but watch my friends and neighbors either comply or die.

It is pretty amazing that someone would post this as i had almost the exsact same dream

I did not try to correct my spelling and i know it sucks...deal with it.

Like you I am not sure how prophetic the dream is. I personally have had dreams that just seemed so real and I really wondered if perhaps they would come true in the future...But mine never did.

That's not to say that other peoples dreams are not prophetic. I don't know.... But mine, so far...Have not been.

Obviously...I hope this is just a dream and nothing more... Because if it were something that ended up playing out... Well... It sounds like a pretty hopeless situation.

The idea of dreams being a sort of...Insight/vision into another reality is interesting to me. I think I will do a bit of research into that idea. Just thought provoking...To say the least.

What I find interesting is that the "invaders" or what ever you would like to call them...Seemed to be Russian.

other than death i would also agree that the next other option would be to hide...

but even that isnt easy... i have gone camping before, with no food or shelter and i quickly realized that it wasn't easy to survive in the wild... now imagine having to stay hidden as well...then thats when you get to the point where you ask yourself why are you surviving in this miserable condition? is it just living for livings sake?

haha, i have died several times in my dreams...

its amazing because as soon as you die in a dream you wake up here in the "real world" ...but thats my big question...why? why do we keep coming back to this world?

I can't help but think that the giant ships are replicated after the U.N. Doctor Who flying platform, used moste recently to help save England and the World from the Sontaran ATMOS devices.
Are you sure you aren't watching too much BBC sci-fi episodes´.....
I am not taking a shot at you here at all, I am a great fan of Doctor Who, I have watched since the early 60`s!

what you are saying is a very likely scenario... but in the dream for some reason i KNEW that these soldiers were working with our government...i remember asking myself how did they make it to our country? and then for some reason i knew this was a planned and well coordinated attack... something along the lines of 9/11 or any other major "game changing" event

Hey OP. Your dream makes me wonder how many times you've watched the movie "Avatar". The vehicles in that movie were of the helicopter/antigravity type and were huge troop carriers as well as armored fighting aircraft. I've always wanted to get the movie but there never seems to be much "behind-the-scenes" extra material on the DVDs so they didn't offer much for the price you were paying for it.

When the first "Red Dawn" came out it was truly scary to me as it was before the fall of the Soviet Empire so it all seemed plausible. Haven't seen the new one, though. The idea of loosing the whole world as you know it around you, watching friends and family get killed or imprisoned really struck a nerve in me. It reinforced my gladness to be living far away from any large city like the ones I'd lived in as a kid - Denver, Tulsa, Dallas and others. The military "targets" in Texas have proliferated since then and caused me some concern in the back of my mind. The more I watch Putin and China buddy up I have to wonder if another play toward world domination is becoming too irresistable to ignore. The lack of ledership on our part, IMHO, makes us look like a fat head of livestock ready for slaughter. I mean, what DO we have to offer the rest of the world other than money (depreciating rapidly) and weapons? We've been coasting for decades and the momentum is rapidly waining.
