Cop States: "With You Guys in the Area (Carrying Weapon) We Won't Have Any Crime." (Vid)

Watched another thread by TriForce here: www.abovetopsecret.com... a great stop by a cop for open carry and while watching the vid this one caught my eye. Same guys, different cop but what the cop mentions at the end is very interesting.

The cop actually says thanks for them exercising their rights and that he knows no crimes will be committed in the area while they walk around with their weapon.

If a cop knows this, how can citizens saying the exact same things be wrong?

Because its not true.
1. They cant be everywhere at once.
2. Lots of crimes can be comitted in that area, but unseen (inside cars or shops for example) .
3. Crimes can be comitted in open sight, but unrecognised for what they are.
