"Are UFOs Sending Signals by Formations of Craft?"

Would be very human if we were all scurrying around, fighting over energy and resources, when some other civilisation or its envoy, realising our distress, is shouting instructions from the heavens.

I thinks its an interesting idea however you'd have to think about the orientation of the formation; should it be decoded from the viewers perspective or from directly below, looking up. Also if we see the same formations, changing in the same way, then that may indicate common phrases, which might help decode the language.
